The notice pointed out that in 2005 - 2010, China Textile Industry Association and China Textile Enterprise Culture Construction Association held the annual "China Textile ten big brand culture" promotion activities for 6 consecutive years, and launched 60 different types of brand culture construction typical enterprises.

The notice emphasizes that the Boao forum series of Chinese textile culture is aimed at promoting the implementation of the "12th Five-Year plan", advocating cultural creation of brand value, enhancing the soft power of enterprises, and promoting the construction of textile brand power.
