A Private Business Owner Sees "Labor Shortage"
From a private entrepreneur's point of view, "labor shortage" may not be as comprehensive as an expert, but it must be more effective as a private factory of 100 people. I think my factory has some representativeness in small private enterprises in China. Talking about labor shortage based on its actual situation and perspective may help us understand the facts behind the shortage of labor.
A brief introduction to your factory, the PRD private enterprise.
There are four families in management, two in 60s and two in 70s, including one senior worker, eight grade one, and one accountant.
About 100 employees, engaged in R & D, production of wireless products.
Manufacture
Sales, products for national sales, buyers are all Private Companies.
These are mainly to illustrate that, first, today, all rely on themselves, without any background relations; two, at least not the low-end industry, not by exploiting workers to earn money by labor, and buying and selling products all depend on the product itself.
Well, to return to the truth, I have seen many posts on the horizon discussing the shortage of labor. I think many of them are based on speculation rather than real understanding of the facts. They also mistake the spearhead of labor shortage on the owners of the same working class.
Some netizens say well, highly generalize.
Labor shortage
It is: "various reasons".
Here I want to talk about some of the "reasons" mistakes.
"Enterprises do not work in accordance with the" labor law "and" contract law ", resulting in labor shortage.
This can only be said to be a partial fact. More small businesses without background are actually in strict accordance with the national labor law and the contract law. The reason is very simple. Because of the principle of protecting the weak, the two laws of the labor law and the contract law are almost one-sided laws, which restrict the enterprises completely, while the laborers bear little responsibility and obligation.
If 100 people like us do not execute the labor law, they will be punished if they fail to implement the "labor law".
Such an example is not a minority.
Therefore, our social security is not only complete, overtime is paid 1.5 times, holidays are paid 3 times overtime, and so on.
Therefore, from the perspective of interests, the implementation of the labor contract law is far less risky than the implementation of the law.
Although we strictly enforce the law, it is still "labor shortage".
"Overtime work is too long, enterprises rely on exploitation of workers' labor"
Ha ha, even if it is Zhou Bapi, even if it is Zhou Bapi, it is necessary to calculate the benefits and losses. In my own opinion, the factory works 8 hours per day, and on Monday, three, five, and at night, 3 hours, 6 to 9, and weekend weekends, based on the following two points: first, considering the human nature, workers are also people. If overtime is too long, people will be very tired, which will affect the working efficiency of second days, and actually can not achieve the effect of overtime. Two, the economic overtime pay is now 10 yuan per hour, higher than the normal working wage, and the cost is a little unbearable. If it is weekend and holiday overtime, it is actually we are working for the workers.
Therefore, I believe that most enterprises will take this kind of consideration, and they will not be able to arrange unreasonable working hours until the last resort.
I think our factory's working hours are reasonable, and still labor shortage.
"Add 500 to workers and solve labor shortage".
200 screws for each computer case and 12 screws for each chassis. How much money do you think you should give him? The worker's job is 600 boxes per day, and how much should he pay? Or some people say that these enterprises with no technical content should be eliminated. I can tell you that I have a placement machine, and a lot of PCB is produced by machines. But these things need to be assembled and packaged by hand, so they can not only leave technicians to produce motherboards, but also eliminate other processes. Besides, when the price of raw materials increases substantially and the prices of products fall or remain unchanged, our factory is the most unskilled workers who get 2000, or labor shortage. I always feel that the person who says this is not afraid of the pain in his waist. I just want to know how much wages the worker should take.
"
Boss
They have made many years and have no shortage of labor.
Well, in fact, this is a good saying. I dare say that I think so too, because I have no worries about my own money. Money is not the first thing I want to pursue. I want to follow my many years' staff well.
A simple account, our factory sells around 7 million per month, gross profit is around 10%, and the monthly salary is close to 300 thousand. That is to say, 40% of the gross profit of enterprises is used to pay wages, which has reached the profit and wage ratio of the factories in developed countries. The rest of the various taxes and fees I do not say much, it is not yet our personal effort. If we earn tens of thousands per month, why do we have to work nine o'clock every day for ten years, and work at nine o'clock every evening.
Why should I use the labor shortage? My view may not be correct. I would like to mention it for your reference.
First, the identity change of migrant workers.
Now the main force of work is already in the late 80 and post-90s. They have high expectations for society, but they do not know enough about themselves. The wages of 2000 yuan are not attractive to them. They do not have the basic pressure to survive. At home, they can give one hundred or two hundred of them at any time. Most of them are too ambitious to do physical work.
In fact, the former workers in 70s and 85 were very stable, basically fixed in the original factory.

Second, housing costs.
The bottom workers did not expect to buy a house. They could only rent houses.
With the acceleration of the urbanization process, a large number of urban villages have been pformed, and the urban fringe lands have been developed. The cheap houses that they used to live in have not been there, and the government has not considered the problem of accommodation for these people. So the high rent has to be paid by others. The rent has increased and wages have not risen.
Third, traffic cost.
Public pport is the only way of pportation for them to travel. Can you calculate how much pportation costs a person needs to go to work? 100 yuan a month is the minimum. Think about the traffic price of Hongkong and Macao.
Fourth, eat.
The price of vegetables is obvious to all. It is entirely the level of the developed countries. The family used to be able to get 300 yuan a month, and now there is no 500 yuan to go down.
Actually, there are many reasons. In the final analysis, these are the main reasons.
Is it true that the consequences of inflation are also being digested by the private sector? Obviously, this is unfair.
It is unrealistic and impossible for China's private small enterprises to absorb a large number of labor force, so that these enterprises can bear the pressure of inflation in a country. The final result will be double lose. The first losers are small and medium-sized enterprises, but meat can not be eaten, and eating is still not a problem; the second losers are ordinary people. When factories are reduced and employment becomes a problem, a lot of black hearted factories are still helpless.
It is not easy to say that the country will lose or lose. In fact, the state is just a general concept, which is a little far from the common people.
If the dignitaries fail to lose, they can not afford to eat lobsters at the most.
