Sophomore, he began to spread the stalls and sell books.

In 2003, Hongmu graduated from Xiangan No.1 Middle School (formerly Tongan II), and was admitted to the Department of philosophy of Xiamen University.

University life opened a new window for him, and he sucked at the fresh breeze on campus.

In universities, some people are eager to participate in student activities and other campus activities.

But in the eyes of his classmates, Hong Mu Jin did not fall behind: his homework was admirable, and he received scholarships every year for four years. At the same time, he actively participated in various activities on campus.

During the sophomore year, many of the students in the school studied for a double degree, but there was no unified teaching material. The students who had studied for a dual degree had to prepare their own teaching materials and guidance materials.

He said he would do it. He summoned a few classmates, and used his spare time to set up a stall selling book. The stall became bigger and bigger. Later, he even put it on the Internet. Hong Mu Jin and several like-minded classmates opened an online bookstore. Therefore, Hong Mu Jin got the first pot of gold from others -- two or three years later, he earned nearly one hundred thousand yuan.

However, Hong Mu's ambition is more than that. He also wants to touch society earlier.

After graduating from junior high school to junior high school every summer vacation, he will go to an education and training institution in Jimei to work.

Most of the people who go to work are divided into the telephone enrollment group. Their main purpose is to earn pocket money. However, Hong Mu Jin is "not drunk in wine".

At the very beginning, he, like other people, sent tea to water, sweeping the floor, wiping the table, answering the phone and putting up posters. But one thing was different. He was good at observing and serious about everything.

Soon, he was pferred to the assistant as assistant, though he was still at university.

Hong Mujin admits that it is his "serious" attitude towards work that gives him the opportunity to get close to the educational and training institutions.

The employment of his holiday made Hong Mu get the harvest outside his textbooks. It has been nearly two years since graduating from Xiamen University in the summer of 2007. However, Hong Mu Jin's face is still full of books, which makes people wonder that he seems to have given up the chance to work steadily, and choose the courage to go home and start his own business.

Recall that two years ago, before graduating from college, Hong Mu Jin admitted that he had been "suffering". He had wandered to find a job or to cross the crossroads of civil servants, but in the end, the idea of entrepreneurship was firmly in the "upper hand".

Hong Mujin grew up in the rural area of Xiangan, Xiamen. His family naturally hoped that he would find a stable job after he graduated from university.

When graduating from college, there were several units who were intending to ask him. One of the units was interviewed by hundreds of people. Five people were lucky enough to stay in the internship and eventually accepted one after internship.

This "Hydrangea" finally landed on the head of Hong mu - he got the "pass" for employment, but after a short time of thinking, Hong Mu Jin gave up the steady job opportunity, because deep inside, he heard a voice calling: self employment, and he could not bear to give up all efforts made before.

Hong Mujin is very clear that starting a business is a difficult road, and challenges and risks coexist, so we must weigh it fully.

He regards the way out of University as an investment. Since it is investment, we must recognize the direction and find the right goal.

By chance, Hong Mu Jin was invited to participate in the planning of a kindergarten project.

Although he had no experience in running kindergartens, he decided to study.

One year after graduation, he went to many high quality kindergartens to do market research. When he learned that a girl friend of his classmate was in a private kindergarten in Xiamen, he asked for help from his classmate's girlfriend.

After four or five months of study, he has a relatively detailed grasp of the management of the entire kindergarten.

Next, he entered the substantive stage of preparing kindergartens. He ran away every day and was concerned about all the news related to kindergarten. However, he had no choice. For such a reason, a busy year ended up being "empty" - kindergarten failed to do so.

Hong Mu went into tears. The rush and bitterness of the year needed a vent.

He became reluctant to go out, and did not want to get in touch with his classmates or friends. He wanted to imprison himself.

One night, he tossed and turned hard to sleep: did he go the right way? Is it suitable for him to start his own business?

Originally, the choice is suffering; originally, entrepreneurship, five mixed.

Opportunity is reserved for those who are prepared.

Hong Mujin grew up in a struggling family. The peasants who had their parents separated were hard pressed to work for the two brothers only by "working hard on the back of the loess."

At that time, his elder brother was in University, and the tuition of University was several thousand a year.

Every year, the cost of big brother's tuition is very low.

In order to alleviate the burden of their parents, Hong Mu Jin has sold the snail from the second day. He bought the snail from the neighbourhood of the village and sold the crabs. One summer vacation, he not only settled his tuition fees, but also had a few hundred yuan savings to his parents, so he became the "king of the snail" in the class.

Such experience has sown the seeds of entrepreneurship in his mind.

But the failure to prepare kindergartens made Hong Mu get a painful experience: maybe he set his position too high at the beginning, so he decided to put the kindergarten thing on the side.

He wrote: "to leave temporarily is to go further; the accumulation of strength is for future exploding."

Hong Mujin cast his eyes on his familiar project: training school.

Select the site, business license, decoration, enrollment......

Maybe it was a hard job for him over the past year, and the training school was progressing very smoothly.

In January of this year, "Yu Jia Ying counseling center" was set up, named "Yu Jia Ying" (the homonym of English enjoy, meant to enjoy...

It is because Hong Mu Jin wants to come here to enjoy learning and enjoy progress.

Here, the experience of setting up a stall before Hong Mu Jin and the experience accumulated over the past few years in summer employment are useful.

Over the past two months, 120 students have signed up and 10 classes have been opened.

There is not enough manpower. Hong Mu invited Lin Yicong, a friend of the University, to start a business together with his dorm. He made an exchange with Lin Yicong about his future prospects and ideas for education. Hong Mu's persistence infected Lin Yicong, Lin Yi Chun gave up his previous job, and hung Mu Jin became a partner on the road of entrepreneurship.

Another middle school student from Hong Mu Jin, who is now two of the graduate student in Xiamen University, has become an ally of Hong Mu Jin business. If he has time on weekends, he will go to the "counseling center" to help.

Hong Mujin has been preparing for his own business, which is five or six years.

He and his partners believe that such preparation is a solid foundation for advancing.

Hong Mujin's dream is to build the "Yu Jia Ying tutorial center" into a local brand school.

At present, his hope is that by this summer vacation, the trainees can reach 200.
