British Department Store Martha Launched The First High Street Environmental Protection Underwear Series

Not long ago, Britain Martha Department store (Marks&Spencer) has launched the first series of high street green underwear series named Autograph Leaves for the first time. The series includes 4 bra, 3 half length briefs and a set of Garter. The series has been certified as an environmentally friendly product by the British Carbon Trust footprint certification company.

This certification process takes into account the whole cycle of products from component production and transportation to user energy consumption during washing and drying underwear.

The Underwear The series is produced in Martha's department store in Sri Lanka's environmental protection plant. The plant uses renewable energy and actively reduces waste, reducing the carbon concentration of the energy used by about 33% compared with the general factory production.

Paschal Little, director of underwear technology at Martha's department store, said: " Britain We believe that we should effectively lead and create more new and sustainable manufacturing methods.

He continued: "this project has made us realize that the production of raw materials such as lace is the main reason for producing carbon residue in bras, so we are now working closely with our suppliers to find a better solution for the future." The products of Autograph Leaves series have been sold online, and also have sales in physical stores.
