Taking the initiative to strive for excellence as an opportunity, we should clear the target and formulate measures. We should start with standardizing the management measures, working system, practice discipline and service innovation of the law firm, and publicized the service conventions, personnel qualifications, practice licenses, service commitments, entrusted acceptance procedures and charging standards to the public, and consciously accept the supervision of the public.

Organizing lawyers' groups to go deep into the grass-roots level, actively carry out activities such as "legal service entering the community", "legal services entering the farmhouse", etc., organised lectures on legal knowledge, legal consultation, opening legal auditorium, and opening legal hotlines, providing a convenient and fast mobile legal service window for communities and rural masses.

The 22 lawyers in the city paired up with 98 township streets (communities) and signed a pair of agreements with the pair objects. At present, a total of 343 legal publicity activities have been launched, 3 legal publicity materials have been issued, and more than 20 thousand people have received legal advice from the masses.

The association protects legal rights and interests of vulnerable groups through legal aid, participation in law related letters and visits, and disposal of mass incidents.

Specially selected 50 excellent lawyers to form "four" legal service groups, and focused on resolving a number of disputes involving more concentrated and influential disputes in the areas of enterprise restructuring, land acquisition and demolition, agriculture related interests, education, medical treatment, and safe production. Taking the "warm service and satisfying the people" as the starting point and foothold, we should uphold justice for the disadvantaged groups, help migrant workers to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and promote the in-depth development of the activities of striving for excellence.

The Party committee of the Tongliao municipal law association organizes legal counsel to the site of the construction site and provides the "legal service contact card" to provide the most direct, convenient and quickest legal services to the vulnerable groups such as migrant workers, and the Horqin district judicial bureau organizes the lawyers for farmers and migrant workers to carry out legal knowledge publicity activities for farmers and migrant workers to give legal aid to the masses.

Two lawyers are sent to the municipal Party and municipal government joint reception center every week. In the mass petitions triggered by rural land acquisition, urban demolition, enterprise restructuring, engineering construction and labor disputes, the masses are actively guided to petition and handle affairs according to law.

To provide legal publicity and advisory services to the petitioners, and to mediate disputes and disputes in accordance with the law, so as to facilitate the handling of the law related petition issues through legal procedures and legal means, and play a positive role in mediating social contradictions and disputes, maintaining social stability and promoting social equity and harmony.

Up to now, lawyers in the city have participated in more than 480 law related letters and visits, and have participated in 61 cases of major difficult cases, providing legal basis for governments at all levels to properly handle petitions.
