China'S Textile Enterprises To Be Cheated

Chinese manufacturers gathered at the entrance of the exhibition hall, but were reluctant to enter the exhibition.

The "China Pavilion" is full of rubbish.

2011 Turkey household textiles exhibition was held from May 18th to 22.

China textile enterprise group arrived in Turkey on the morning of 16, arrived at the venue of the exhibition on the morning of 17 local time, Istanbul, the largest city in the world.

The Chinese enterprise group has a large scale of about 500 people. Apart from more than 100 people attending the exhibition, more than 300 representatives from about 150 enterprises have booked the booth.

Ms. Zhang, who has been engaged in textile marketing for many years in Shaoxing Textile City of Zhejiang, has booked 12 square meters of booth and is ready to open Turkey's sales market.

She told reporters about the strange experience after arriving in Turkey: "after nine o'clock, after breakfast, we were taken out for sightseeing.

Originally scheduled for the day (17) afternoon, the exhibition was arranged, but at noon around 12, on the cruise ship was suddenly informed that the temporary situation has not been able to go to the exhibition in the afternoon, and the exhibition hall has changed to hall 5.1.

It is announced that Miss Zhang is the general agent of Turkey home textile exhibition Greater China, Ouyi International Exhibition (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ouyi Tatsu company).

When they informed Ms. Zhang about the above situation, they also said that the company was consulting with the sponsor and could solve the problem in the afternoon.

Most of the representatives of the Chinese enterprises attending the delegation were in Turkey for the first time. They were very strange to the local environment. They did not insist on early exhibition when they thought about "customers follow the main convenience", and Ouyi Da also arranged for them to go sightseeing in the afternoon.

Mr. Guan, also from Zhejiang, is one of the Chinese businessmen who attended the exhibition.

He told reporters that Ouyi had not changed its pavilion for the first time. The 15 hall was first promised to them. But by the end of April, it was told that the 15 exhibition hall was a new exhibition hall. The exhibition may not be completed at the beginning of the exhibition, and it should be pferred to Hall 11.

The 18 day is the opening day of the exhibition. Mr. Guan, Ms. Zhang and more than 300 other Chinese manufacturers take several tour buses to the Convention and exhibition site.

But when they arrived, their original spirits were watered down.

"It's not the exhibition hall, it's the underground garage of hall 5, and the gate is on the back of hall 5, without any sign of the Chinese Pavilion, next to it is a garbage dump."

Mr. Guan described the "China Pavilion" as he saw it.

A netizen named "cloud in the wind", which was released in Beijing in May 19th, confirms Mr. Guan's view: "there is no Chinese part in the exhibition catalogue released by the exhibition company". "Micro-blog"

The pavilion of Chinese exhibitors is located in the underground garage under the building 5, which most people can't find at all.

Netizen marthamm is a representative of exhibitors. She has released a lot of live photos on micro-blog.

She said: "the so-called 5 hall was originally a underground garage temporarily built into a pavilion.

There is only one iron door and no fire fighting measures.

    The garbage is everywhere. "

Another micro-blog of marthamm shows: "I am now in the Carlton Hotel room of Istanbul, Turkey, at 3:10 p.m. local time.

The purpose of this trip to Turkey is to participate in the Turkey home textile exhibition. When I was supposed to be busy in the exhibition hall, I was knitting my neck because we were cheated by the exhibition company.

Chinese exhibitors accused agents of fraud

"I was fooled by the agency."

After the incident, most Chinese exhibitors judged this.

Ouyi International Exhibition (Beijing) Co., Ltd., located near the Tsz Yun Temple Bridge near East Fourth Ring Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, is a company mainly engaged in International Conference and exhibition services.

In August 2010, the company announced on its website "good news" that the Turkey Istanbul home textiles exhibition is the largest international professional home textiles exhibition in Turkey, ranking second in the world and opening for the first time to Chinese exhibitors in 2011.

The news has also been placed prominently in the front page of the company's website.

The website also showed that Ouyi was authorized to become the general agent of Turkey home textile exhibition in Greater China in August 2010.

According to Mr Guan, Ouyi booth has paid booth fees to the participating enterprises by an average of 450 euros per square meter, with a standard booth of 12 square meters.

According to his understanding, most of the exhibitors in China are a standard booth, with a small number of two.

In addition, each of them paid a 20 thousand yuan fee to Ouyi Tatsu company.

According to the calculation of only 1 standard booths per enterprise, 150 enterprises will pay up to 810 thousand euros for Ouyi Da booth, and if the number of members is 500, Ouyi head company's head fee income will also be RMB 10 million yuan.

According to reports, 18 days after the situation, Ouyi Tatsu company representatives at the exhibition site in public abuse, "Turks do not credit."

But Miss Zhang is more inclined to think that this is acting.

"They should have known this situation for a long time, but they did not want to tell us that they were not able to negotiate with each other, and they did not want to refund their money," she said.

After losing trust in Ouyi Da, Chinese exhibitors put up banners at the exhibition site to protest.

This move shocked the organizers of Turkey and came forward to consult.

Mr. Guan was elected as one of the three representatives to represent Chinese exhibitors in consultation with foreign countries.

After argument, Turkey agreed to refund the cost of exhibitors.

Although the mainland agreed to refund, the actual booth charge they collected was only about 1/3 of the agent's collection.

At the same time, Turkey's sponsor's stance has further strengthened the suspicion that Chinese exhibitors deliberately concealed Ouyi da.

Marthamm also reluctantly said on micro-blog: "because the exhibition hall has been recognized by our acting exhibition company, we actually have nothing to do with Turkey, and the protests are not going to get any further. In fact, it has become an internal contradiction.

Some people began organizing discussions with Ouyi Beijing exhibition company about the issue of withdrawal compensation. "

Mr. Guan recalled that Ouyi had rejected the full compensation request, but the oral promise of that evening could refund some of the expenses.

To make the Chinese exhibitors angry, the next day, all the company members of Ouyi Tatsu couldn't find the phone and couldn't get through the phone.

Chinese exhibitors immediately responded to the Chinese Consulate General in Istanbul.

The consulate general tried to contact the general manager of Ouyi group, Qian Jun, who was in charge of the mission. However, he failed to make a successful call and eventually told him that he had returned to Beijing.

At present, Chinese exhibitors have reported to their respective public security organs and are prepared to settle the matter through judicial channels.

With this experience, they said they would no longer participate in any international exhibitions organized by Beijing.

Because they heard that Ouyi's company has five company names.

The agency said Turkey was deliberately blocking it.

The reporter sent information to Ouyi exhibitors on the information provided by the exhibitors.

Miss Xu, who is responsible for answering reporters' questions, introduced himself to be responsible for the liaison work between the group exhibition and Turkey.

She arrived in Turkey a week earlier to prepare for the exhibition with Qian Jun.

Miss Xu gave the Ouyi Da company's open letter on the matter to reporters.

The open letter dated May 31, 2011, said: "as the Turkey sponsor CNR (an international exhibition company) concealed the facts, deliberately obstructed, repeatedly defaulted, and changed the location of the exhibition hall and adjusted the location of the exhibition again 2 days before the exhibition, which led to Chinese exhibitors' dissatisfaction and excitement at the pavilion."

According to the contents of the open letter, CNR formally informed hall No. 15 that it could not be completed on schedule as scheduled in April 25th. In April 28th, it was confirmed that the Chinese Pavilion could be arranged to hall 11. In May 13th, under the supervision of Li Jiang consul in Istanbul, the 11 Hall was reconfirmed and the details of the exhibition were clearly specified.

But since then, Ouyi has tried to enter the pavilion many times and blocked the booth.

Miss Xu said the company that Ouyi hired from Germany had arrived in Istanbul on the 14 th.

They waited in the hot sun for two days and did nothing.

The open letter shows that the organizers of Turkey did breach a lot of times, but the open letter did not indicate whether the risk would be prompted to the Chinese exhibitors.

For the second time to replace the venue, Ouyi CNR considers it mandatory.

Because No. 11 hall belongs to the Turkey chamber of Commerce, CNR failed to coordinate the relationship with the Turkey chamber of Commerce, which led the latter to recover the 11 hall.

Ouyi Da's open letter showed that the company had inspected hall 5.1 before and admitted that "the ground floor of hall 5 (No. 5.1) is not ideal," but it was called "the only option that could be provided in the official exhibition area" at that time. It was "starting from the overall situation" and "being forced to accept it".

Miss Xu said they were informed of the change of the organizers to the 5.1 hall at 16 p.m. local time at 2 p.m. (16 p.m. Beijing time 7 p.m.).

Because many exhibitors had already done all kinds of boarding formalities at the airport or at the airport, and some had arrived in Turkey. It was difficult to contact the exhibitors without notice.

For the 18 day's refusal exhibition, Ouyi Tatsu said: "when Chinese exhibitors are entering the exhibition hall, some unidentified Turks come forward to block up, and incite Chinese exhibitors not to participate in the exhibition.

Immediately, some of the exhibitors were excited and intense.

As for the question of why the exhibitors suddenly "disappeared", Miss Xu said that the Chinese exhibitors were emotionally excited, and they were attacked by words. Most of the staff members were women and had no similar experiences, so they chose to avoid.

The boss Qian Qian returned home early. They did not know it at that time and later knew it.

When the organizers were under pressure, the logo of "China Pavilion" was added at the entrance of the exhibition hall, but the rubbish piled up at the entrance of the exhibition hall was still visible.

Exhibitors called it "a sign of shame on this trip."

Ouyi Da website introduced itself: Ouyi International Exhibition (Beijing) Co., Ltd. started in 2005, and is a professional service organization dedicated to promoting the pace of globalization of Chinese enterprises.

The company always adheres to the business philosophy of "creating value for customers", which mainly provides export oriented enterprises with a full range of overseas exhibitions and extended services.

After four years of steady development and precipitation accumulation, Ouyi reached the lead in establishing an unshakable market position in home textiles and related industries.

With solid work, strong sense of service and strong public relations integration capabilities, Ouyi has won the trust and support of all trade organizations, famous exhibition companies and major organizers, and has won the exclusive operation rights of many world-renowned exhibitions in Greater China, which has laid a solid foundation for further development of the company.

Ouyi Da also said in its open letter that it would give the solution to the exhibitors as soon as possible after hearing the opinions of the participating exhibitors, and would strive to ask CNR to clarify the facts, apologize and compensate the corresponding losses to the exhibitors.

However, as of June 7th, 13 hours, Ouyi Da still did not come up with specific compensation plan.

Miss Xu said Ouyi DA has called every exhibitor, but the standards of the exhibitors' claims are different. Some want to pay the full cost, while others only ask for the payment of booth fees. However, exhibitors also suggest that they should add spiritual loss to the full cost.

She also said that the company will try to solve the problem through consultation, and if exhibitors stick to the judicial approach, the company will have to face it.

Who on earth deceive Chinese businessmen?

The international trade fair, which could have been a great joy, staged a farce.

Chinese exhibitors believe that the main responsibility for the passive situation in Turkey is Ouyi Da, whose experience in Turkey's business activities is distressing.

The bilateral trade volume between China and the mainland has maintained a momentum of rapid growth.

According to Chinese customs statistics, the total bilateral trade between China and Turkey in 2010 was about $15 billion, up 49.6% over the same period last year.

Among them, China exported $11 billion 940 million to Turkey, an increase of 43% over the same period last year, and imports from Turkey 3 billion 160 million US dollars, an increase of 79.3% over the same period last year.

Jiang Xiaobin, President of the China Association of Commerce and industry in Turkey, started business in Turkey in 1996. He told reporters that the overall business environment in Turkey was relatively good.

Turks do not feel superior to other Europeans, nor do local communities exclude Chinese.

He has been doing business in Turkey for many years and has never seen anything like this.

Jiang Xiaobin was not in Turkey at the time of the incident, but according to the analysis he learned later, the experience of Chinese exhibitors may be related to the industry.

Turkey is a large textile producing and exporting country, and has a competitive relationship with China.

The chamber of Commerce of the textile industry has great influence in Turkey.

Turkey home textile exhibition has not allowed Chinese manufacturers to participate in the past more than 10 years.

This time, Chinese manufacturers are not only allowed to participate in the exhibition, but also have booked a very good booth in advance. This may excessively stimulate the local chamber of Commerce.

The reporter learned from the China Textile Import and Export Chamber of commerce that the textile and garment industry really plays a very important role in Turkey's national economy.

Turkey is a country with more trade barriers to textiles.

Before the end of 2004, Turkey imposed quota restrictions on some of our textile exports.

After the quota system was abolished in 2005, import volume restrictions were imposed on my 42 categories of textiles.

It lasted until the end of 2008.

In February 2009, Turkey announced the registration system of imported textiles.

In October 2010, the Ministry of State Administration announced that it would increase the safety inspection of imported textiles and semi finished garments.

In January 2011, Turkey also issued an official statement saying that in order to protect domestic enterprises from imports, it plans to increase import tariffs on woven fabrics and clothing products imported from the world.

Wang Dongxiao, deputy director of the China Textiles Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, told reporters that although the object of the levy is global suppliers, the biggest impact is China, involving 2258 Chinese enterprises, with an amount of up to US $830 million.

In March this year, I will go to Istanbul to attend the hearing on behalf of the industry and submit a defence opinion.

The Ministry of Commerce's "2011 country trade and investment environment report" released in April 2011 showed that as of the end of 2010, Turkey had launched 57 anti-dumping investigations against China, 23 general safeguard measures, 6 special safeguard measures and 2 anti evasion investigations.

In fact, during the Turkey home textile exhibition, it was not only Chinese enterprises who expressed their dissatisfaction.

According to Mr. Guan, when the Chinese exhibitors pulled up the banner to protest, he found that there were other countries exhibitors who seemed to have disputes with the organizers, and also drew the news from the US media.

But because of the language, he didn't know it in detail.

Miss Xu, the Ouyi company, also said she knew that the India pavilion was also arranged for a conference center "no one at all", and they also expressed dissatisfaction to the organizers.

In fact, apart from textiles, Turkey also set up barriers to other industries.

The Ministry of Commerce reported on the risk warning for trade in Turkey. The first sentence is this: "Turkey has imposed licensing restrictions on the import of some products and lacks pparency."

In order to appease the Chinese exhibitors, the Turkey organizers later added the "China Pavilion" sign on the gate of the underground garage of hall 5.

But marthamm said on micro-blog that it was "a sign of shame on our trip."
