"In recent years, technical barriers to international trade have been frequent. Some powerful companies have imported testing instruments from abroad, and set up testing centers to strictly control products before they are manufactured, so as not to suffer unnecessary losses."

The cooperation between the international third party testing institutions and the national footwear inspection center in the province is indeed an advantage for shoe manufacturers.
