Qingdao Technical College

Qingdao Technical College is a provincial and municipal full-time college.

The Institute was founded in October 2000 on the basis of the former Qingdao staff college, and merged with the former Qingdao Institute of education in April 2002 to form a new Qingdao Technical College.

The former Qingdao staff and workers University was founded in 1977. The former Qingdao Institute of education was founded in 1951. The famous biologist, education family week and Lu Kanru, a great master of Chinese studies, served as the early leader of the college.

The Institute is mainly engaged in full-time vocational education and social vocational skills training, taking into account adult academic education, Sino foreign cooperative education, primary and secondary school teachers and principals training, etc., and has the qualification to receive foreign students and engage foreign experts in culture and education.

The existing western campus (Qingdao Huangdao District), the South Campus (Qingdao City South District) and the middle school district (Qingdao City North District) three campuses, covering 540 thousand square meters, teaching staff 776 people, full-time 9334 students in vocational colleges, each year to complete training of nearly 10000 people.

It has 7 two level colleges, including Haier Institute, software and service outsourcing Institute, Biochemical Engineering Institute, tourism and international college, logistics college, art college, and education college.

Enrollment is controlled by about 30 majors. Among them, 5 specialties of mechatronics, business management (household appliances), logistics management, tourism management and software technology are the key specialties of the central financial support construction. The two major areas of clothing design and marketing (beer) are the key areas of local financial support.

It has the national vocational education numerical control training base, the National Vocational Education Electrical and electronic and automation technology training base, and the Qingdao vocational education training base.

With 192 well-known enterprises such as Haier group, we have established 192 training bases outside the school.

20 overseas training bases have been opened in Singapore, Korea and Japan.
