Exhibition terms and conditions

1. exhibitors must complete the application form (contract) signature and affix official seal to fax the fax to the organizer. The organizer will sign and seal the entry into force.

4. without the consent of the organizer, the exhibitors unilaterally cancel the participation plan, and the fee paid for exhibitors will not be refunded.

5. exhibitors shall not pfer or sell the booths, otherwise the organizers will have the right to cancel their exhibitors' qualifications and will not accept the exhibition in the next three years.

6. the location of the booth will be allocated according to the product category or other standards formulated by the sponsor. If there are special circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the location of the assigned booth.

7. exhibitors ensure that their exhibits, packaging and related public materials do not infringe or violate the rights and interests of the third parties. The organizer has the right to refuse to participate in the exhibition of intellectual property violations and to retain all legal responsibilities.

8. due to irresistible factors, the exhibition can not be held as scheduled. The organizer has the right to change the exhibition period without assuming any legal and economic responsibilities arising therefrom.
