    Tianjin University Of Technology Launched National Science And Technology Support Program


    Recently, Tianjin University of Technology sponsored the national science and technology support program "carbon fiber multi-layer angle online weaving equipment and technology" project officially launched by the Tianjin University of Technology. The research funding of the project is 41 million 800 thousand yuan.

    This project is directly related to the "green, automation and equipment" of the manufacturing industry in the "national medium and long term science and technology development plan" (28). It is a key supporting technology of the textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan of the State Council and the equipment manufacturing industry adjustment and revitalization plan.

    This project will provide independent weaving equipment and technological support for developing and producing high-performance carbon fiber composites in China.

      據該課題負責人、天津工業大學副校長蔣秀明教授介紹,該課題的總體目標是以《國家中長期科學和技術發展規劃綱要(2006-2020年)》中大型飛機、探月工程、載人航天等航空航天重大科技專項需求為背景,以風力發電、船舶制造、汽車、自行車等高技術產業需求為牽引,立足我國資源,打破國外封鎖,加強自主創新,突破制約我國碳纖維復合材料產業領域的關鍵技術瓶頸,發展具有自主知識產權的軍民兩用復合材料骨架制造技術,重點研究開發碳纖維多軸向經編機及技術、多層角聯機織裝備及技術和立體管狀織造裝備及技術,填補國內碳纖維復合材料產業領域多層織造裝備的空白,實現碳纖維多軸向織物、多層厚重織物、立體異型織物、管狀多層織物等新型復合材料骨架的機械化、自動化、批量化生產,提高碳纖維復合材料產品質量、降低生產成本,提升我

    With the capability of independent innovation of domestic textiles and composite materials, a demonstration production line of multi-layer fabrics and composite materials has been built to promote China's high performance carbon fiber processing technology to enter the international advanced ranks, drive the technological progress of the relevant industries of the national economy, and form a new economic growth point.

    The independent research and development of carbon fiber multilayer weaving equipment and technology will break the blockade of China's carbon fiber reinforced composites and technology by western developed countries, help to realize the organic combination of multi disciplines and industry, research and research, and make a profitable exploration for developing new industries in the textile machinery industry.

    At the same time, the implementation of this project can promote the development of upstream and downstream related industries, and improve the quality and competitiveness of the upstream and downstream related industries.
