After treatment, the COD concentration of printing and dyeing wastewater dropped below 100mg/L, reaching the first level discharge standard of printing and dyeing industry.

At the trial site, the reporter saw that black dyeing and printing wastewater became fresh water after the treatment of new eco carbon fiber materials.

It is understood that even if the wastewater with COD concentration above 1000mg/l is treated by this technology, the concentration of COD can also be reduced to below 100mg/l, which can fully meet the first level discharge standard of the national printing and dyeing industry, and can be directly discharged or reused; and the operation cost of the sewage treatment is only about 2 yuan per ton.

"The goal of our efforts is to get the printing and dyeing enterprises to get rid of the limitation of emission targets and let enterprises have no worries about sewage disposal," said Wu Weiming, general manager of the company.
