In this case, the boss is also aware of these financial loopholes. He certainly hopes that someone can do something to plug these loopholes. But the boss, including his own family, may not know what to do, and the boss may not have time to think about these process problems. And the chief financial officer who invited them did not design these processes to control them. In such a case, how can the boss be relieved if he didn't use his own person to make the cashier? Without any assurance, the blood relationship is the best guarantee! No matter who will do so.
There is a famous saying in management: the system guarantees success. So, really effective. Administration Instead of relying on people, they rely on the system process. Only by establishing a system process can management become smooth and easy. In this sense, a manager who does not design the system process is definitely not good management. The boss is not to trust these people. After all, the risk and cost of using the human to control the process are too high. A boss who knows how to use the system to manage people, use process management and run the system control process is a good boss.
