"Therefore, the association is looking for a platform for building Foshan children's wear headquarters base in San Shan new city, Dali and Lishui, and finally reached an agreement with the government of Dali town to carry out strategic cooperation in Guangzhou City, building a children's wear enterprise headquarters base, and Dali has also prepared more than 200 mu of reserve land for the construction of Foshan children's wear Industrial Park.

The Yellow River, the managing director of Guangfo Zhicheng commercial real estate investment Co., Ltd., said that Guangfo Zhicheng will cooperate with the Foshan children's wear industry association, relying on the influence of the regional brand of Foshan children's clothing, and importing children's fashion and creative industry resources in the Pearl River Delta region and even the whole country, and creating the largest children's fashion creative industry cluster in Southern China.

It is understood that Guangfo Zhicheng is located in Dali, an ecological multifunctional urban complex located in the center of the city, with a total construction area of 800 thousand square meters. The first phase of all projects will be delivered at the end of next year. It is expected that all businesses will open in 2013.

In order to help solve the financial difficulties of children's clothing enterprises, the Foshan children's wear Association yesterday signed a contract with Chancheng post office and Guangdong Nanfang finance Company limited by guarantee to build a financial service platform for Foshan children's clothing enterprises.

Zhang Yanming, director of the post office of Chancheng District, told reporters that through this financing platform, the member enterprises of the association can get relevant concessions on financing loans, and will be more convenient in the examination and approval. "We have many enterprises' information databases, which can help children's clothing enterprises expand the market by using these databases."

In addition, a legal consultation service platform for children's clothing was signed yesterday for the legal problems encountered by children's clothing enterprises in daily operation and industrial pfer.
