In December 17th, the Double Lane Industrial and commercial office found a large case of false labeling of goods origin, which amounted to 15 million yuan in violation of the regulations.
According to investigation, since March this year, a shoe company located on Wen Jin Road has OEM "Goldlion" brand shoes for a company, and the relevant labels on the packages are not in conformity with the actual situation.
According to the parties concerned, the company has processed 150 thousand pairs of shoes with false labels, and the total business volume has amounted to 15 million yuan.
The industry and Commerce Department said that the act of the company violated the relevant regulations of the Zhejiang anti unfair competition Ordinance.
At present, the case is being further investigated and dealt with.
