Famous Brand Sneakers Spot Check Nearly 9 Failed.

The Provincial Bureau of industry and Commerce announced yesterday the results of quality monitoring of sportswear and sports shoes sold in 5 provinces and regions in Chengdu recently, and the monitoring brands involved famous brands such as Adidas, Nike and Lining.

Monitoring results showed that among the 50 batches, 26 sportswear was qualified, with a pass rate of 52%, and 6 qualified batches of sports shoes, with a pass rate of only 12%, of which the majority of the marks were unqualified, 44 batches.

The substandard products include dealers in Chengdu, Jinniu District, Chengdu, Jinniu District red ribbon sporting goods business department and Chengdu sporting goods store.

At present, the Provincial Bureau of industry and commerce is organizing the investigation of unqualified commodity distribution enterprises.

According to the monitoring of sportswear, 9 batches of fiber components failed, accounting for 37.5% of the total unqualified batches. Fiber content is the symbol of the true properties of clothing fabrics. It is also the main factor for consumers to consider buying such goods. The failure of fiber components is mainly manifested in the fact that the actual fiber content does not conform to the marked fiber content.

Sportswear failed content also includes color fastness and use instructions, 5 and 12 batches respectively.

The monitoring results of 50 batches of sneakers showed that there were 4 batches of unqualified footwear, especially for children's shoes.

The main items of sneakers are not qualified, but they are not marked with production date, shoe type, product name and product grade.
