    Wetting agent


    Wetting agents such as JFC, JFCS, Ping plus series, EL series and AEO series, penetrant T are all surface active agents and are wetting agents for textiles.

    The wetting agents used in textile industry are fatty carbon chains as hydrophobic groups. They are not similar to the chemical structure of dye (pigment) aromatic hydrocarbons, and their affinity is low and their combination is not strong.

    Therefore, the application of the hydrophobic base of dye (Yan Liao) with wetting agent is aromatics, which is combined with dye (Yan Liao) particles in a very strong way of anchoring, so that it does not drop off the particle surface in the long-term placement process, and the hydrophilic base extends to provide steric repulsion or electric repulsion in water.


    The degree of binding between the wetting agent of the hydrophobic group and the dye (Yan Liao) particle is different. The comparison between TX-10 and Solsperse27000 is taken as an example.

    After TX-10, S-27000 and emulsifier 600 were sulfated, two hydrophilic groups in one molecule were obtained.

    Besides sulfation, carboxylic acid is also esterified, which is compatible with many commonly used organic pigments and carboxylic acid dispersants.


    In order to improve the affinity of hydrophobic parts of organic pigments, Xu Yanli and others studied the surface modification of phthalocyanine blue by Tmeen20 carboxylate as a water splitting agent in Beijing University of Chemical Technology.


    Adding 0.5%~3.0% to the phthalocyanine blue with the above additives, the critical surface tension Sigma C (sigma SC) increased from 23mN/m to 34.8mN/m, increased by 351%, and the contact angle of water decreased from 82.4 to 47, reducing by 347%. Therefore, the wettability of phthalocyanine blue in water was greatly increased, the fluidity of treated water was increased 2.5 times, and the dispersion stability of water increased by 29%.


    The above non-ionic surfactants are obtained by carboxylation, and can be used as a wetting and dispersing surfactant for dyes (pigments).


    Dispersant


    Lignin sulfonic acid is the most effective dispersant.

    Lignosulfonate is an anionic surfactant polymerized plough consisting of hydroxyl and sulfonic groups of 4- carboxyl -3- methoxy propane, with an average molecular weight of 8000~13000. Sulfonate is generally a sodium salt, calcium salt and ammonium salt. It is a polymer electrolyte.


    The use of ammonium lignosulfonate is more effective than other sulfonates in improving the solubility of dyes.

    Ammonium lignosulfonate has not been produced in bulk in China.

    It has been suggested that BorresperseAM-320, Reed, LignosolTSF, LignosolTSD, LignosolTSF-65 and LignosolSFX-65 of Borregard company should be used.

    The optimum formula of water based ink is water-soluble acrylic acid.

    Water 15%~25%, ethanol 5%~15%, three ethylamine 5%~10%, pigment 10%~30%, auxiliaries 1%~3%.


    The application of environment-friendly water-based ink: the most important applications of environment-friendly water-based ink are flexographic and gravure printing. 95% of flexographic printing is ink and 80% of gravure is ink.

    In 2001, there were 200 narrow flexographic printing lines in China, and 100 thousand T per year.
