The Rongchang cashmere industry group of Ningxia has set up a R & D center. Its self developed FN150 cashmere carding machine has been tested by authoritative departments. The performance and main technical indexes of the equipment have reached or surpassed the level of cashmere carding produced in Britain and Japan, and have obtained two national patents.
However, technology has, to do well, enterprises need brands.
During the interview, Yang Jianrong said that the large cashmere enterprises in Ningxia attached great importance to product quality and vigorously implemented brand building.
The quality of cashmere and its products has been steadily raised in processing enterprises in terms of the acquisition of cashmere raw materials, production process and technology. The quality of cashmere and its products has been steadily improved, meeting the needs of domestic and foreign customers, and establishing the status of "Ningxia fine cashmere".
"Brand strategy" is directly related to the sustainable development of cashmere industry.
At present, well-known trademarks and famous brand products have become the core of enterprises' participation in market competition.
In fact, Ningxia Rongchang's own brand "Ling Zhou Xue" has been injected into the brand advantage of the enterprise.
In 2009, "Ling Zhou Xue" was named Ningxia famous brand product. "Ling Zhou snow" cashmere products were appraised by the national wool textile product quality supervision and inspection center as "cashmere and cashmere blended knitwear" quality products Award "," quality award "and" excellent design award ". In 2010, China's Textile Industry Association awarded the" 500 strong enterprises of Chinese textile and garment enterprises ", and Ningxia Rongchang velvet industry ranked eighty-sixth, and was awarded the" ten strong enterprises of Ningxia textile industry "by the autonomous region light textile industry bureau, and was appraised as" the ten largest Chinese cashmere industry by the Chinese livestock products circulation Association ".
At present, Ningxia has developed into an important international cashmere distribution center and processing base. The textile industry has become a pillar industry and an important livelihood industry for Ningxia's economic development.
The total output of Ningxia cashmere accounts for 70% of the world's total and 60% of the world's annual output value of nearly 8 billion yuan.
The Ningxia international cashmere Fair has been successfully held for two years and will hold third sessions in 2012.

In 1998, under the leadership of the the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party committee, Yang Jianrong and other small business owners of cashmere processing went to Europe for inspection.
They have benefited a lot from the exercise of learning. The new quality management system has made the cashmere of Lingwu go from leaps and bounds to the level of processing and testing.
At that time, the cashmere industry in Ningxia was still small workshop production. Most of the enterprises were small in scale, many initial processing enterprises and few deep processing enterprises, mainly providing carcashmere cashmere raw materials for foreign enterprises.
In 2004, the dominant direction of the government and the development intention of the enterprises were repeated again. After the "borrowed" cashmere industry raw materials were processed, and the label of the brand was put into practice, Ningxia achieved "low rise and high output", which was much higher than the price of the original pile purchase price, and then sold to the whole country and even the world.
In addition, in 2007, the international cashmere giant, Ordos (600295, stock bar) group and Ningxia Rongchang velvet industry joined forces to create "internationalized, costumes and high-end" quality products, and established Ningxia Ordos Rongchang Cashmere Products Co., Ltd., producing 1 million 500 thousand woolen sweaters annually, with a total investment of 310 million yuan, including 160 million yuan in fixed assets investment and 150 million yuan in mobile capital. After the project was put into operation, there were more than 1500 new jobs, and the annual sales revenue increased by 1 billion 200 million yuan.
With the support of the local government of Ningxia, cashmere backbone enterprises are beginning to dazzle on the international stage.
