It is suggested that the provincial government support Quanzhou to strengthen communication and coordination with the financial regulatory authorities and Taiwan businessmen associations, and strive to set up a pilot area for financial cooperation in Quanzhou, reduce the threshold for Taiwan funded financial institutions to enter the financial market of Quanzhou, allow Taiwan funded enterprises to join the Quanzhou urban commercial banks and other urban and rural financial institutions, and allow Taiwan financial enterprises to set up branches in the spring to develop modern service industries such as insurance, leasing, finance, credit guarantee, securities and venture capital.

At the same time, it supports Quanzhou to expand its tourism to Quanzhou and Pengzhou to the surrounding provinces and even the whole country, and strive to make Taiwan an important channel for Taiwan's tourism.

The four is to support the direct "three links" convenient channel across the Straits.

Support Quanzhou to play the advantage of direct cargo with Jinmen and Penghu, attract Taiwan logistics enterprises and shipping companies to invest in springs, and jointly build Quantai shipping logistics center.

Taking Shijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai as the opportunity to pilot small trade in Taiwan, Quanzhou will support the establishment of Quanzhou free trade area and cross strait common market leading area.

To support Quanzhou shipping enterprises and Taiwan enterprises to form joint shipping and shipping companies, and promote Quanzhou port to form port cooperation alliance with Taiwan Kaohsiung, Taichung, Keelung and other ports, explore the establishment of Quantai Shipping Exchange Promotion Mechanism, and promote the healthy development of Quantai direct shipping.

We should speed up the construction of the infrastructure support system and service system, and actively explore new ways for direct dealings between people and goods on the Quantai platform, and strive for the Quanzhoujinjiang Airport as an open port and a reserve route for direct flights to Taiwan chartered aircraft. When the conditions are ripe, the Quanzhoujinjiang Airport will be opened as a direct port to Taiwan and make efforts to build Quanzhou into a convenient channel for direct cross-strait exchanges.
