Why do you think young Li Heng can continue to achieve breakthroughs in innovation?
Chen Jianlong: first of all, this is because we have the advantage of downstream weaving experience, so we can understand customer needs and market orientation more clearly, and develop new products and technologies accordingly.
For example, if we encounter bottlenecks in some aspects of spinning, we will invite experts from weaving and dyeing and finishing to explore and broaden our minds and get inspiration.
Coupled with excellent product quality and service, we have established long-term strategic partnership with our customers.
We often wonder what we want to do in 10 or 20 years. Therefore, our focus is not on competitors in the industry, but what advanced technologies in the world and what the industry needs in the future, but what is still in the blank?

At the beginning, it was difficult for us to produce 20D/12F products. Now 20D/34F products have been identified, and now we are developing 20D/48F products.
The speed of warp knitting machine increased from 800 turns to more than 4000 turns, from the original 28 needles to 44 needles. The refinement of weaving equipment has put forward higher requirements for upstream raw materials, so we have to constantly adapt to these needs.

Reporter: as a leader in the mainland's Nylon industry, how do you evaluate the position of China's Nylon industry in the world pattern, especially when compared with China's strong rival in Taiwan?
Chen Jianlong: speaking from the sub sector of nylon civilian filament, I think the level of technology and equipment in mainland China has reached the advanced level in the world.
Taking the "single line Nissan 200 tons nylon 6 high speed spinning high performance slicing device and technology" project as an example, the semi dull section produced by the related technology can match the quality of Taiwan Li Peng and close to the German BASF. The amount of caprolactam 1001 kg per ton slice is also advanced in the world.
We have changed BASF's prejudice against China's Nylon industry with facts.
Now, most of the world's Nylon industry has been pferred to China.
The global capacity of about 1000000 tons of nylon civilian silk is mostly concentrated in mainland China, and a small number of other products are distributed in China's Taiwan and Korea. This brings more impetus to the technological progress of the Chinese nylon industry.
It can be said that from the beginning of the nylon industry, with the growth of the enterprise, my life has been integrated into the nylon industry, and we are full of confidence in the future of nylon.

Chen Jianlong: Yes, we are working tirelessly for this.
In operation and management, we have established a standardized management system and financial system through listing, which is making traditional family businesses move from closed family system to open international management mode.
Our 5 ton R & D center has been put into operation; the 5 ton R & D center will be built, and the global nylon enterprises do not have such a precedent.

Our achievements today are all derived from social giving. Therefore, social benefits should be put first in everything we do.
We use the most advanced environmental protection technology and equipment to do our best to not affect the surrounding environment. We regard social charity as a career. By the end of 2010, Li Heng had donated about 30000000 yuan to the community charity fund and established the first branch of Changle Charity Association, Li Heng branch.
In 2008, we proposed to be a "centenary enterprise". In 2009, the company implemented ERP management to improve the management level. This year, we proposed that employees should regard their enterprises as their own homes in 3 years.
Reporter: let employees take enterprises as their homes, why should they add specific years to "3 years"?
Chen Jianlong: "let employees regard their enterprises as their own homes" is not a slogan, nor is it a unilateral requirement for employees.
We must base our efforts on achieving real quantitative indicators and let employees feel this emotion sincerely.
There are specific plans for the construction of staff dormitories and staff activity rooms. We strive to achieve the annual salary of 50 thousand yuan for primary employees in 3 years. We are carrying out school enterprise cooperation, training students throughout the whole process, and urging employees to relearn, all of which are borne by enterprises.
Be a world-class chemical enterprise
Reporter: the goal of Liheng's future is to build a world-class chemical enterprise. Does this mean that the focus will shift to the upstream industry chain?
Chen Jianlong: This is our ultimate goal.
We have always insisted on extending the industrial chain. After the early accumulation, "12th Five-Year" will be the 5 year of Li Heng's passionate struggle.
In the past 5 years, we will continue to expand the scale of spinning. At the end of this year, after the two phase of the polymerization project is put into operation, the three phase project will be launched, and the scale of 360 thousand tons of polymerization and 360 thousand ton spinning will be achieved in 3 years.

The 3 production line is now under construction.
We are deeply aware that the problem of caprolactam shortage is not solved, and the throat of China's polyamide industry has been stuck.
Reasonable differentiation and balanced distribution of profits can help the industry develop healthily.
To this end, we plan to start the caprolactam project in 2012, with a total investment of about 10 billion yuan, and use our own technology to build the world's largest CPL chemical production enterprise.
In 5 years, we will complete the industrial structure layout with caprolactam and polymer polymerization as the leader and new fiber materials as the main body.
Of course, 10 years will continue to extend to the upstream of the industrial chain and enter the field of para xylene, ethylene and even oil refining.
I often tell my staff that Li Heng started from kindergarten to first grade, and the road ahead is still long.
