Xinjiang Textile Will Optimize Investment Environment And Speed Up 28 Key Construction Projects

In 2011, the above scale textile enterprises in Xinjiang (the same below) produced 377 thousand and 400 tons of cotton yarn, 36 million 310 thousand cotton cloth, 3 million 790 thousand cotton wool, 440 tons of knitting yarn, 420 thousand tons of chemical fiber pulp, 330 thousand tons of viscose fiber, and 9 million 240 thousand kinds of garments.

Among them, the main product cotton yarn production is basically flat compared with last year, chemical fiber pulp, woolen and clothing output increased by 3.4%, 17.8% and 62.7%, respectively.

Economic strength has steadily increased.

The main business revenue of the whole industry reached 24 billion 500 million yuan, an increase of 5.23% over the same period last year.

The value of self export delivery was 374 million yuan, an increase of 21.9%.

The industry is expected to complete the current price of industrial output value of 23 billion yuan, industrial added value of 5 billion 300 million yuan, an increase of 6.15% and 15.22% over the previous year.

Industry investment growth is strong.

There are 48 Construction Projects (including renewal) throughout the year.

The structural adjustment of enterprises has achieved remarkable results.

By the end of 2011, the proportion of private and non-state-owned enterprises reached more than 80%, attracting about 40 well-known textile enterprises at home and abroad to invest and develop. Most of the enterprises had downstream industry chain support.

There are 11 listed companies in cotton spinning, wool spinning, chemical fiber, clothing and linen industry, and the competitiveness and risk tolerance capabilities of enterprises are significantly enhanced.

The level of industrial agglomeration has obviously improved.

The construction of "two cities and seven gardens" has achieved remarkable results, and all new textile projects have entered the textile city or park development.

At present, the output value of textile city and park accounts for more than 80% of the total textile output value.

The meeting put forward that in 2012, Xinjiang will optimize its investment environment, take the textile city and the park as its support, actively undertake industrial pfer, strive for more project landing, enhance the development level of industrial gathering area, and strive to create a good investment environment and cost depression, so that Xinjiang will become the preferred place for the pfer of the mainland textile industry to the central and western regions, and attract more well-known mainland enterprises to enter the textile city and textile park.

We will vigorously promote the "major project service projects", accelerate the construction of the 28 key projects, and provide financial support for projects that are progresses well.

We should further strengthen the combination of industry, University and research, earnestly do a good job in technological innovation of enterprises, strengthen the awareness of brand building and enhance the brand building ability of enterprises.

Since the beginning of this year, we have planned to select the 1~2 furniture with a certain scale of production capacity, strong basic management and better economic efficiency in the textile industry with relatively concentrated concentration. We should set up a vocational skill appraisal station in the textile industry, which is responsible for the technical training and appraisal of the workers in the local textile enterprises.

Vigorously develop the garment industry, encourage the textile industry park to attract garment enterprises to enter and gather and develop, encourage famous clothing enterprises at home and abroad and garment enterprises with large export volume at Xinjiang port to invest in factories and build industrial parks in the Xinjiang, and carry out exhibition enterprises.
