World Cotton 95% Imports From Kyrgyzstan

We are unable to process our raw materials because of the lack of business premises, experts and funds.

In 2011, only 22 thousand and 500 tons of raw cotton were processed.

The main problem is the lack of productive capacity.

Saddam Kulow Va said that the Ministry of agriculture intends to increase the area of cultivation of cotton crops to 40 thousand hectares, and intends to harvest 120 thousand tons of raw cotton and 16 thousand and 600 tons of wool.

Therefore, it is necessary to establish industrial zones in Osh to attract investors to invest in fiber processing and silk industry recovery.
