    The sales volume of high density fabric and yarn raw materials of Dongfang STC decreased from October 2011 to 2012, and sales in the first quarter of 2012 decreased by 30%.

    In the past 7 years, Toyo textile has been committed to expanding the scale of production in this field. Although its annual growth in 2011 has remained at 15%, it has seen a sharp decline in 2012 and expects sales to decrease by 20%~30% this year.

    Tanaka E, Minister and director of fiber industry in Dongli, said that the high-density fabric market reached its peak in 2011, and will enter the downward track in 2012. Dongli began to control production volume in the first quarter of this year.

    The deterioration of the high-density fabric market has also affected other weaving enterprises and printing and dyeing factories in northern China.


    Competitiveness of Korea is irresistible.


    The light weight and high density fabric produced by denier yarn is the pillar product of the north land producing area.

    The high density fabric from North China is located at the leading international level, both in terms of production technology and product quality.

    But in recent years, Korea and China Taiwan have grown rapidly in this field, and once pushed Japan to the leading position in the world.

    Insiders revealed that Japan's 20 Daniel class products, which are absolutely dominant, have been overtaken by Korean and Chinese Taiwan enterprises.


    Although the main market of high density fabrics such as European and American countries has been selling well to the outdoor sports companies in Japan, but with the appreciation of the yen intensified, the Korean won went down, which created an opportunity for the Korean and Chinese Taiwan products to enter the market, thus promoting the Japanese competition for Korea and Taiwan.


    Suzuki Tetsushi, director of the fiber movement and underwear group of the Dai people, said that during the commercial war of ~2012 in 2011, the warm winter tendency in the world made Japanese businesses enter the discount season at the beginning of the new year, which largely reduced the volume of negotiations for autumn and winter products this year.

    Production statistics from the northern provinces (up to March 2012) and the Ministry of national economy and industry statistics on fiber and daily necessities (February 2012) show that output has not been controlled, and accumulated inventories are expected to cause a substantial reduction in prices, which is bound to negatively affect the sales of enterprises this year.


    Adjustment in weaving enterprises' predicament

    At present, Japanese companies are also working on new strategies.

    Dongli plans to continue to cooperate with purchasing enterprises to promote sales from the yarn to sewing system.

    The company has completed the preliminary production adjustment this spring and adjusted the production scale of high-density fabrics again from April.


    SCT is actively dealing with the downturn in the leisure market and declining sales. At the same time, it is also contributing to the first line sports and outdoor brands in Europe and the United States. At present, the company has not only signed the lightest 7 Daniel products, but also has focused on developing special products such as the anti drills, high strength Y Satin veils and glossy yarns, which can not be imitated by South Korea or Taiwan.

    Meanwhile, SCT's high-strength fabric technology, which has been patented in Japan, is also applying for US patents, with a view to expanding its influence in Japan and stabilizing its market position.


    The Dixie fiber has used the environmentally friendly fabrics that are concerned with sports and outdoor areas to strengthen the research and development of recycled polyester 15 Daniel and 10 Daniel products, and strengthen cooperation with Japanese domestic producers in high-end products such as elastic fabrics, and enhance research and development efforts.

    A few days ago, in the fabric production base of China, Nantong Di realized 20 Daniel's mass production, and completed the mass production of more than 30 Daniel products in Thailand. This not only greatly improved the production level of the company overseas, but also strengthened the sales work of European and American manufacturers.
