Changing Shoes Without Changing Warranty Period To Solve Business Problems

Finally, the two sides, in coordination with the staff of the Haikou British Industrial and commercial office and the management department of Chun Ming shopping centre, put the record of the replacement of the shoes in the industry and Commerce Department, indicating that the shoes were replaced when the quality problems of the shoes appeared again in the future.

The lawyer told reporters that according to the relevant laws, the quality of the shoes purchased by Mr. Yao was a problem. After replacing the second pairs of shoes, the seller should start the calculation of the warranty period. If there is any quality problem in the next three months, it can still be repaired or replaced according to the law.
