The prototype of Li Ning's core product supply system centered on Jingmen and supplemented by Xiangyang and Jingzhou has basically taken shape.

In 2006, Huafu launched its westward strategy, focusing on Xinjiang. In 2009, Huafu acquired and integrated Wujiaqu Qinghu Textile Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Tianhong Xinba Cotton Industry Co., Ltd. In 2010, Huafu successively reached a consensus with Aksu Prefecture Administration, Wujiaqu Sixth Agricultural Division, Shihezi Eighth Agricultural Division, and Kuitun Seventh Agricultural Division to comprehensively cooperate in all aspects of the entire industrial chain, such as cotton, dyeing, spinning, and focus on creating a new cotton industrial chain with high efficiency, energy conservation, high added value, and world-class competitiveness.

Huafu's investment in Xinjiang is not only a process of integrating cotton resources, but also a process of integrating value. In order to organically combine the brand, capital, management and market advantages of eastern coastal enterprises with Xinjiang's resource advantages, Huafu's westward strategy first moved the industrial chain forward and established Xinjiang Hengfu Cotton Industry Co., Ltd., which was renamed Xinjiang Hengfu Cotton Industry Group Co., Ltd. in August 2011. Youngor Group began to settle in Xinjiang in early 2005 in response to the call of the Central Government for the Western Development. After the 2010 Central Xinjiang Work Forum, Youngor Group accelerated the process of transferring Xinjiang.

By the end of 2011, Youngor Group's investment in Xinjiang had reached 680 million yuan, the enterprise's cumulative output value was 1.952 billion yuan, and the sales revenue was 2.18 billion yuan. The products cover more than 80 varieties including 20~300 combed yarns, siro spinning, compact siro spinning, core spun yarn, cotton/cashmere yarn, cotton/linen blend, cotton/linen/polyester blend, and colored cotton. Xinjiang Youngor Cotton Textile Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, is a leading enterprise in Xinjiang's textile industry. It has successively won the titles of Advanced Enterprise in Technological Transformation of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Advanced Enterprise in Textile Industry, and Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization of Xinjiang Autonomous Region.

Over the years, Youngor Group's enterprises in Xinjiang have always put the construction of technological innovation capability at the top of their development. In 2007, it took the lead in investing 50 million yuan to establish a 20000 spindle compact spinning production line in Kashgar, making it the first enterprise to develop 200 yarns of compact siro spinning in Xinjiang textile industry.
