    1、 Manual Bronzing paste


    1. Manual plane bronzing paste: It is an organic combination of acrylic emulsion and tackifying resin emulsion, which is copolymerized by acrylate with special performance. This improves the solubility and stability of the emulsion, increases the peeling strength of the emulsion, and enables the bronzing paste to bronze at low temperature. Therefore, many material vendors and printing plants are also called cold perm gold paste. Because the bronzing paste can form an adhesive film quickly between 35 ℃ and 120 ℃, it is by taking advantage of the strong initial adhesion of the resin emulsion that the bronzing paper is bonded to the bronzing paste. The characteristics of bronzing paste are: thin sizing, soft feel, elasticity, and non shrink ability. It is especially suitable for line bronzing and for manufacturers seeking for hand feel.


    2. Stereoscopic bronzing paste: It is the product of acrylic emulsion or EVA emulsion grafting technology. The biggest feature of three-dimensional gilding paste is that it has a high solid content, and will not produce concave and convex phenomenon in use. Using the ordinary screen plate (80-120 meshes/im) commonly used, the required film thickness can be achieved through multiple printing, and the 3D printing effect can be printed. Then adjust the working pressure and temperature of the transfer machine for hot stamping to form a three-dimensional three-dimensional gilding effect.


    3. Mirror bronzing paste: It is a kind of bronzing paste mainly composed of EVA polymer copolymer added with hot melt powder. The mirror bronzing paste is milky white in appearance. Because the bronzing paste contains a large amount of hot melt powder, it is easy to fill the concave and convex surfaces of the substrate when printing the substrate. After hot transfer and hot stamping, the surface of the bronzing film is smooth and bright, and the reflective effect is good. It has a mirror effect. So some people call mirror bronzing paste. Mirror bronzing paste contains hot melt powder, so during hot pressing, the bronzing temperature depends on the dissolution temperature of the hot melt powder to achieve good washing resistance; This is also the reason why mirror bronzing paste feels harder than other bronzing pastes.


    2、 Mechanical printing bronzing paste


    1. Mechanical plane printing gilding paste: different from manual plane gilding paste. The manual plane gilding paste pursues high initial viscosity on the surface, while the mechanical printing gilding paste requires low initial viscosity on the surface. After the cloth is printed, the cloth wool cannot be stuck when the cloth is rolled, otherwise the final quality of the product will be affected. The process of gilding paste for mechanical plane printing: fabric sizing → drying → cloth collection → cloth placing → gilding → forming. The mechanical plane bronzing paste has a good handle due to the small amount of sizing, but the bronzing flatness is not very good and the brightness is poor, so it is also called frosting bronzing.


    2. Mechanical three-dimensional gilding paste: because of the particularity of mechanical printing, in order to produce 3D three-dimensional gilding effect, mechanical printing The machine department can repeat printing for many times like manual printing, so when setting the formula for producing mechanical printing bronzing paste, the microcellular foaming powder is added in the production process. Based on the working principle of microencapsulated foaming powder, the microencapsulated foaming powder plays a key role in the process of printing overheating, which can not only meet the requirements of three-dimensional technology, but also solve the process requirements of hot pressing for collecting and placing cloth. The disadvantage of mechanical three-dimensional bronzing paste is its poor elasticity.


    3. Mechanical special gilding paste: as we all know, many mechanical printing are mainly reactive printing. In order to achieve other printing effects, pigment gilding process has been added to reactive printing this year. Generally, pigment printing is a dry wet printing process, and the PH value is neutral, while reactive printing is a wet wet printing process, and the PH value is not neutral, so there are new requirements in the market. Mechanical special bronzing paste is required to solve the problem of PH resistance value on the original basis. At present, this printing process has been successfully applied in mechanical printing plants, which not only saves time, but also saves production costs and meets the needs of development.


    3、 Artwork bronzing paste


    1. Fabric gilding paste (suede process gilding paste): The range of resin emulsions selected for fabric gilding paste is large, and acrylic emulsion, tert vinegar emulsion and EVA emulsion can be used. Because in application, after the gilding of fabric handicrafts, it is generally not required to be washable, and the requirements for hand feel are not very high, but it is required to be easy to form a film when printing, and the effect of strong hiding power is strong, especially for dark color fabric handicrafts, which can not only cover the fluff, but also easily block the fluff when covering printing, so as to meet the requirements of the subsequent process, so that the gilding paper can be easily transferred. Therefore, when producing fabric bronzing paste with resin, a certain amount of inorganic minerals should be added to increase the hiding power. At the same time, it must be kept at a low temperature to successfully press (the pressing temperature is generally 30 ℃~45 ℃, which can keep other parts from being hot and keep the fabric picture clean).


    2. Paper bronzing paste: mainly choose vinyl acetate emulsion or EVA emulsion for use. This kind of emulsion has good abrasion resistance to paper, good adhesion and overall leveling, and is especially suitable for paper. When printing or coating, the tension problem on the paper surface and the paper fluidity problem are well solved, so that the gilt foil on the paper presents a more flat and colorful effect.


    With the emergence of a large number of new products, bronzing paste is also expanding.
