    Zhang Huarong: I think some industries can be replaced, and some industries can not be replaced, such as shoemaking industry.

    In my opinion, the pformation and upgrading of enterprises can be divided into two major contents, one is the horizontal pformation between industries, the other is the upgrading of the industrial chain.


    We have many successful factories and many brands fail.

    Industrial pformation and upgrading do not necessarily have to brand, but different markets and different business models will have opportunities.


    Huajian's future pformation should be upgrading from OEM to ODM and OBM. Now, we focus on making OEM bigger and stronger.


    Reporter: as an industry leader, what are the efforts of Huajian for the development of the industry?

    As a leading enterprise in the industry, we are also making positive contributions to the sustainable development of the industry.

    The world footwear industry headquarters base is a concrete manifestation. The Dongguan world footwear industry headquarters base was founded by Huajian, and is the leading project of Guangdong's industrial pformation and upgrading pilot project. It is also an important carrier for speeding up the pformation and upgrading of footwear industry in Dongguan.


    In addition to the world shoe industry headquarters base, we launched the "Guangdong footwear (Dongguan) industrial technology innovation alliance", and promoted the pformation and upgrading of other enterprises through the pilot tests of some excellent enterprises.

    Zhang Huarong: in the past 30 years of reform and opening up, thousands of merchants have been achieved.

    Dongguan's understanding of national policy is very thorough. It can persist in all kinds of environments, and can keep pace with the times and be bold in innovation.


    Reporter: some people say, the sense that Dong Guan gives people is not holding together. What do you think?


    Zhang Huarong: some people say that Dongguan entrepreneurs do not like to hold together and are relatively independent.

    I do not agree with this statement.

    Entrepreneurs in Dongguan are relatively unconstrained.

    Whether it is Dong Guan, Taiwan businessmen, Wen Shang, Hui merchants or Xiang merchants, it is based on different growth backgrounds and lifestyles, values and business dealings.


    Reporter: some people say that Dongshang has enough money but not enough social responsibility?


    Zhang Huarong: Guan merchants are very real and have assumed certain social responsibilities.

    For example, the money they earn comes from the society, and the business they develop is also serving the society.


    Reporter: what are the suggestions and opinions on the upcoming conference of Wando merchants?


    Zhang Huarong: the Dongguan business conference has proved that the government attaches great importance to the future development of Dongguan entrepreneurs. This is a conference that summarizes the past, the past, the present and the future.

    As a wanderer, I think we should do four things in the future: effective, meaningful, valuable and long-term things.

    I strongly agree with the "six Dongguan" put forward by the municipal government. I believe that the merchants of Dongguan include China's industrial workers who need 6 kinds of spirit: dedication, occupation, professionalism, learning, teamwork and service.


    In the Dongguan business conference, I think there are some problems that can be discussed. For example, in the next economic development, Dongguan should consider what measures should be taken to create what kind of environment to stay and stabilize business.

    Starting from a small peddler of shoes, he is now known as "godfather of women's shoes" in China.

    The Huajian group, which he runs, has become one of the largest women shoe manufacturers in the world and has an influence in the international high-end women's shoes market.
