Status quo: small and medium enterprises recruitment difficult, difficult to start
Under normal circumstances, after the Lantern Festival, the recruitment of many private enterprises in Quanzhou has come to an end. However, the reporter recently learned from Quanzhou textile, clothing, footwear, food and other industry associations that up to now, the rate of return of small and medium-sized enterprises is less than 60%. Compared with that, the turnover rate of employees in brand enterprises and leading enterprises has reached 75%, and the gap is being effectively filled.
According to the analysis report of Quanzhou Municipal Bureau of human resources and social affairs in 2013, Quanzhou enterprises are still short of seventy thousand or eighty thousand workers. Huang Huang, general manager of a medium-sized shoe factory in Gao Keng Village, Jinjiang, said that since last year, because of the low economic boom and the weakness of both internal and external sales, SMEs in this industry have been caught in a vicious circle of "recruitment difficulties, no dare to take orders, business difficulties - unstable orders". What is more unbearable is that workers who have worked for more than half a year are required to earn three thousand or four thousand yuan per month. The technical workers and small group leaders need to open up to five thousand or six thousand yuan, and the wages of workers are 30% higher than that of last year, but the price of shoes is lower than that of last year. "Now I can't sleep at night, but the factory is starting to work, but it is under great pressure."
At present, more than 90% of enterprises in Quanzhou carry out the salary system of "base salary + Royalty". The shortage of orders, the low commission of workers, and the lack of income directly caused a large number of front-line workers to move from small and medium-sized enterprises to large enterprises and brand enterprises, resulting in many SMEs unable to start.
It is understood that small and medium-sized enterprises in sports, culture, life and other supporting facilities, far from large enterprises, medical insurance, labor insurance and other supporting systems are relatively imperfect. The younger generation now values welfare benefits such as leisure and entertainment after work. These factors have made it increasingly difficult for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to recruit workers.
Voice: SMEs are becoming more and more difficult to survive
"The turning point of labor supply in China is taking shape, and the cost of employment has been increasing year by year. Some leading enterprises are gradually changing from labor-intensive to technology intensive by means of equipment renewal, and SMEs will be more and more difficult to survive in this wave. Quanzhou's traditional manufacturing industry is showing signs of upgrading. Quanzhou economic and Trade Department official said.
According to a detailed display by the Department, over the past 2 years, 500 of the private enterprises ranked the highest in Quanzhou's output value, with over 85% of the new equipment being upgraded, and 70% of the enterprises in these upgrading facilities were to reduce their employment.
