The dumping margin of US companies was 18.7%~ 29.8%, the dumping margin of Canada Company was 0.7%~50.9%, and the dumping margin of Brazil company was 6.8%~49.4%. The pulp industry in China is substantially damaged, and there is a causal relationship between dumping and material damage. < /p >
