Zhejiang Shaoxing Textile Industry Transformation And Upgrading Is Imminent
During the Ching Ming Festival, Zhejiang is full of flowers and willows. However, Shaoxing is famous for its labour intensive. Spin Industry, but feel cold.
"Unfavorable factors such as continuous rising costs, serious excess capacity and low industrial level seriously restrict the development of textile industry in Keqiao district." An insider complained to reporters. According to his prediction, the effect of the above factors will be more obvious in 2014, and the textile industry will still falter in the predicament. "Profit margins have been constantly squeezed, and now many enterprises are just trying to stick to it."
It can be concluded that this situation is irreversible and will only become increasingly severe. So, where will the textile industry go from here? With questions, the reporter has visited recently.
Recruitment is becoming more and more difficult.
Recruiting workers, extraordinary rain in Qian Qing town, Keqiao District Clothes & Accessories Sun Huajun, Secretary of the company's human resources department, was somewhat disconsolate.
"At this time of the year, there was a table at the door of the company, with a big word, and there was a long queue in front of the table." Sun Huajun said, "but there are fewer people coming to the door this year." According to his analysis, although the textile industry employment gap still exists, but the rural living conditions are getting better, they are reluctant to come out to work.
"In our company, some dry sewing more than 20 year old young people, a monthly salary of 3000 yuan ~5000 yuan. But nowadays, young people are reluctant to be sewing workers. They plan to be fresh, like to contact with the outside world, communicate with people, and have a challenging job. They prefer to go to the counter and serve the dishes. " Sun Huajun said with some reluctantly.
Hu Keqin, Dean of Zhejiang Modern Textile Industry Research Institute, recalled that in the early years, the positions of textile women workers were very popular. If 500 people were recruited, at least 1000 people came to apply for jobs. Therefore, most of the factories recruited were women aged 20 years old.
However, since the financial crisis in 2008, the textile industry began to face severe challenges. On the one hand, many domestic pressures make enterprises struggling to cope with, wage increases, exchange rate changes, and rising costs. On the other hand, the environment of the international market has not only failed to provide buffer for the textile industry in the crisis, but has even worsened it.
Nowadays, three thousand or four thousand yuan of employees' wages make the textile enterprises with low profit margins feel headache, and their salary level is less attractive to the workers, especially the attractiveness of young people.
Why is the textile industry disgraced among young people? Hu Keqin believes that changes in the industry affect the employment of workers. Many young people are willing to sit in the office rather than go to the factory. In addition, competition from emerging industries such as services is also an important reason. Hu Keqin believes that in recent years, the service industry in Shaoxing has developed rapidly, and more and more channels of employment have been chosen by workers, and the attraction of service industry and high-tech industry has been gradually enhanced. "People in the service industry sit in the air-conditioned room and can easily get three thousand or four thousand yuan. With the same money, why do we have to work as a textile worker? "
Urgent adjustment of industrial structure
In addition to recruitment difficulties, textile enterprises are facing many problems, such as simple technology, low added value, low output efficiency of unit land. There is such a group of data that can explain the problem: 200 textile enterprises in Shaoxing county can produce 15 billion 600 million meters of cloth, with a total profit of 1 billion 311 million yuan, that is to say, an average of only 0.08 yuan per rice cloth. Taking printing and dyeing as an example, the average profit of printing and dyeing per metre of cloth is only 0.09 yuan.
"This exposes a fatal weakness of Shaoxing's textile industry, which is characterized by low industrial level, traditional industries, excessive pursuit of scale effect and neglect of the quality of products." Sun Chengrong, deputy director of the China Light Textile City Construction Management Committee, admitted that the single structure of textile products and serious industrial structure are the biggest bottlenecks for the development of Shaoxing's textile industry.
Corresponding to the low level of industry is extensive production mode, that is, high energy consumption and high pollution. As a result, the textile industry has also undergone the "big test" for energy conservation and emission reduction this year.
Shaoxing County, the largest textile County in the country, accounts for 10% of its annual output of textile fabrics. It has PTA from former Road, chemical fiber raw material to weaving and dyeing. clothing The complete industrial chain of home textiles. Among them, printing and dyeing output accounted for 30% of the country, accounting for nearly 25% of the county's industrial economy, which is a traditional pillar industry. Due to the large energy consumption of the industry, the household population is only 720 thousand of the county level. The coal consumption in the whole society accounts for 8% of the total in Zhejiang Province, and the industrial waste discharge accounts for 6% of Zhejiang's total. The environmental problems caused by the development of the textile industry are becoming increasingly prominent.
"In the future, the intensity of energy conservation and emission reduction will be greater and greater, and the constraints will be more and more stringent." In this regard, He Jiashun, member of the Standing Committee of the Shaoxing Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Shaoxing county Party committee, said.
Against this background, textile enterprises have to make up for the past "environmental debt". And this expenditure will make these enterprises less profitable.
In the difficult situation of successive years, Shaoxing Xinyuan knitting and dyeing and finishing plant in 2013 still has two new electrostatic treatment devices for waste gas.
"The investment of equipment is about 300000 yuan, and the two units will use more than 200 degrees of electricity per day, equivalent to 100 yuan of electricity, which is also a great expense." Zhu Shengjie, general manager of Xinyuan knitting and dyeing and finishing plant, told reporters. He also said that making money can not affect society. "We must have this awareness - let the era of extensive development become the past."
Machine substitutions favor
Fortunately, in the face of these difficulties, many textile enterprises are also actively seeking change. In order to cope with the rising labor costs and recruitment difficulties, machine substitutions have become popular in Shaoxing and are increasingly favored by textile enterprises.
Take the Shaoxing Huamao Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huamao chemical fibre) as an example, the company is a large bomb factory specializing in the production of polyester fiber. It produces 150 thousand tons of polyester filament and has more than 1000 employees. The shortage of labor has been a nightmare for the company. However, in recent years, with the gradual promotion of industrial technology transformation and upgrading, intelligent machines are increasingly involved in the daily production activities of Huamao chemical fiber.
Gao Anhong said, the company bought a lot of imported bombs, including the German original imported 46 units of the Ba Ge machine, the Japanese TMT company 33H machine 42, has invested about 30000000 yuan.
There are more than 4000 employees in the new Zhongtian holding group, a leading textile enterprise in Xia District, Keqiao. From 2008 to now, the average wage of employees has risen from 1200 yuan to more than 3000 yuan. The rise in labor costs compels enterprises to find ways to reduce costs. At present, the main practice of enterprises is to increase machine operation and reduce the number of workers.
At the same time, reporters learned from Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of Technology recently that the intelligent energy project launched by the Institute of intelligent information technology and the three party cooperation between the enterprise and the government has well controlled the energy consumption in the production of enterprises and reduced the cost for enterprises.
It is understood that the project is the use of computer technology, the whole process of energy consumption monitoring process. After that, the data are collected and analyzed, and the production process is redirected accordingly. The purpose of reducing energy consumption has been achieved.
"For example, the dyeing vats and setting machines in the printing and dyeing process, according to the technological process, need to be based on different cloth Adjust the temperature, formerly artificial, adjustment often lag, this will affect the energy consumption. Through testing, we found this part of the problem and improved him, so that we could make automatic adjustment and reduce energy consumption. Professor Hao Ping, who led the project, said.
The application of smart energy projects has actually reduced the cost of energy consumption for textile enterprises. Take the State Textile Technology Co., Ltd. as an example, the company has an annual output value of 500 million yuan, of which the comprehensive energy consumption cost is about 150 million yuan. After applying the project, the annual cost savings is 15 million yuan. "The equipment involved is about 1/4." Hao Ping said.
Aiming at the inability of small businesses to transform equipment, the project designed energy management for these small businesses. That is to say, energy consumption assessment and comparison between teams and groups. According to the results, business owners award excellent teams and teams. The cost of energy consumption can be reduced by about 10% for enterprises implementing energy management.
"We also have the government to monitor the energy consumption of enterprises in the range. It is convenient for government management to realize energy saving and consumption reduction. Hao Ping said.
