These three mercerizing methods I advocate the use of cylinder knitted mercerizing.
In the cylinder mercerizing, the air expanding type of alkali removal and the infiltration zone are also advocated.

Why did P advocate the use of cylinder knitted mercerization? The reasons are as follows: < /p >
< p > first, the production process is reasonable and smooth, and the production efficiency is high.
At present, most of cotton knitted fabrics are intermittent. The basic process of dyeing and finishing process (with mercerized oxygen bleaching process as example): Knitted grey cloth (Shao Mao) - mercerizing (including acid neutralization) - scouring bleaching - dyeing soft treatment - dehydration - drying - finishing - testing - packaging.
This is the basic process.
Dark, medium and light colors vary, but no matter how the process changes, mercerizing is usually arranged in front of boiling and dyeing.
At present, the boiling and dyeing processes of cotton knitted fabrics are mostly based on the intermittent way of the liquid flow cylinder. According to the characteristics of knitted fabrics, the fabric is tubular in order to ensure the quality, and the cylinder mercerization is in line with this requirement.
If it is a slit mercerizing, after mercerizing, it should be stitched again and turned into a cylinder and then bleached and dyed. After dyeing, the suture will be disassembled and turned into a flat width, so that the width of the stitch will be increased by suturing and dismantling two ways than cylinder mercerizing.
The cylinder mercerization is evident in the dyeing and finishing process of knitted fabrics. Compared with the split mercerizing, the mercerization can save manpower and material resources and improve labour productivity.

< p > secondly, the manufacturing cost of cylinder knitted mercerizing machine is lower than that of the split knitting mercerizing machine.
The cylinder mercerizing machine is small in size, about half of the width, and much lower in material and labor cost.

People with production experience know that it is very demanding to remove the stitched cylindrical fabric into flat width. Not only do we need to remove the suture line without leaving "tail", but also control the tension of the fabric, do not cause the fabric to have excessive deformation, and ensure the consistency between the coil and the density of the knitted fabric.
