Costa Rica Intends To Enter The Domestic Leather Market
Costa Rica, 12, said Costa Rica and China are negotiating a licensing agreement on Costa Rica's leather products and meat products such as beef, pork and chicken entering the Chinese market.
The Ministry of foreign trade forecast that the specific content of the agreement will be finalized at the end of March and will be implemented from April this year.
Costa Rica foreign trade minister Ruiz said the two sides will sign the health licensing agreement as soon as possible during the negotiation of the two round of Beijing free trade agreement.
Ruiz believes that the signing of the sanitary license agreement for leather and meat products will become a new starting point to ensure that more Costa Rican products are accepted by the Chinese market.
Hans, director of Costa Rica Trade Promotion Bureau, believes that Costa Rica's leather and meat products have great potential in the Chinese market. "The target group of our products is the white-collar workers living in big cities like Beijing and Shanghai".
