The existing synthetic leather raw material production enterprises outside the synthetic leather concentrated area will be moved into the newly planned production base of synthetic leather raw materials by the end of 2017.

The project will be put into operation at the end of June 2015 and will be used as a centralized disposal point for solid waste in Ningde.
