Over The Past Five Years, Foreign-Related Commercial And Maritime Trial Work Has Been Conducted Nationwide.

The Supreme People's court also regularly convenes the forum of the president of the national foreign commercial trial, the national maritime trial business symposium, the quality analysis Bulletin of the case, the communication mechanism of the case before the change of the case, and the timely summary of the experience of the trial, the guidance and the unification of the concept of judgment.

In the past five years, the Supreme People's court has issued 8 judicial interpretations and 2 Guiding Opinions on handling disputes involving foreign-funded enterprises, foreign-related civil and commercial cases in the border areas, disputes relating to limitation of liability for maritime claims, disputes over compensation for oil pollution damage by ships, disputes over maritime freight agents, etc.

Over the past five years, the Supreme People's court has issued 24 cases of foreign commercial maritime guidance cases and communiques, 45 selected typical maritime cases, edited and published.

The 10 series of maritime trial guidance, 12 understandings and applications of legal judicial interpretation and 12 cases are collected, and the referee standard is unified by organizing case evaluation, holding trial business forum, reporting quality analysis of cases, and establishing communication mechanism before case reform.

In August 2010, the Supreme People's court organized for the first time a nationwide "two assessment" of the foreign-related commercial cases involving Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and the quality of the referee's instruments, and examined the second instance of ten provinces.

In the 320 case, the maritime case rounds up 4 courts each year to refine the evaluation criteria, communicate and feedback in time, and correct problems.

In October 2014, the Communist Party of China announced the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on several major issues of comprehensively promoting the rule of law in the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
