    According to the order number provided by Mr. Zhou, the Beijing Morning Post reporter found that his order, 3823, was outbound on the morning of December 6th. It was sent to Shandong sorting center in the morning of December 7th. It was sent to the Shandong interceptor station in December 8th and returned later.

    Consumers said that they did not find any hint that the activity rules began at 10 o'clock in December 6th when they bought their products.

    Customer service says abnormal refund needs to wait
