Faced with the complex situation of the global trade environment and the severe economic pressure, the city has taken various measures to strengthen foreign trade. Last year, from 1 to November, the total import and export volume of the city reached 441 million 570 thousand US dollars, an increase of 1.9% over the same period last year, of which the total export volume was 281 million 830 thousand US dollars, up 48.9% from the same rate.

The municipal Party committee and the municipal government attached great importance to the work of foreign trade, and issued the "Implementation Opinions on promoting the steady growth of foreign trade". In the first half of last year, the city's small and medium-sized enterprises and general enterprises paid 564 thousand and 400 yuan of municipal credit guarantee financial subsidies, and the coverage of export credit insurance municipal financial subsidies reached 100%, which achieved full coverage.

The difficulties encountered in the meeting, the city fully play the role of the joint foreign trade conference, led by the city commerce bureau, organized Datong customs, city tax bureau, Datong entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau, city foreign exchange bureau, City Finance Bureau, city finance office, City Trade Promotion Association and Bank of China nine foreign-related departments, held a number of meetings, on-site work together to study and solve the difficulties and problems reflected by enterprises.

The Bureau has declared all the key export enterprises of our city into the province's key support areas. 9 enterprises have been listed in the "231" main enterprises of the province, declared 4 demonstration bases for foreign trade export pformation, the number of enterprises entering the base has increased to 41, encouraged and mobilized the export enterprises of the whole city to participate in export credit insurance, won the financial subsidy related to the provincial and municipal levels, and reduced the export risks. Since last year, they have helped enterprises to declare 11 million 207 thousand yuan of various foreign trade and economic development support projects.

In the city, we have established four foreign trade public service platforms: the active carbon R & D service trade platform, led by Huaqing Activated Carbon Co., Ltd., which serves as the leading Western medicine research and development service trade platform with the national medicine Weiqi group as the leading product, and the service trade platform of agricultural products with the leading role of Tian Zhen Tong Hang Grain Trade Co., Ltd.

We should actively encourage and guide enterprises that have applied for foreign trade right to engage in foreign trade business.

Last year, there were 21 newly registered enterprises for foreign trade import and export, which increased the number of enterprises that had import and export rights to 302, and 4 enterprises achieved a breakthrough in self export zero.

To encourage enterprises to carry out cross-border trade e-commerce, 19 enterprises in the city have joined the "Shanxi Pavilion" built by the Provincial Department of Commerce in Cheng Shang network and Dunhuang net, increasing export orders through e-commerce.

In order to push forward trade facilitation, Datong customs implemented a customs clearance method for territorial declaration of the eligible enterprises, and implemented the paperless operation of customs clearance. The Datong inspection and Quarantine Bureau has formulated 21 measures to promote the development of export-oriented economy; the Municipal Taxation Bureau has put forward measures and measures to speed up the tax rebate and ensure that it should retire; the Municipal Administration of foreign exchange has abolished 65 items of administrative examination and approval for foreign exchange administration, accelerated the verification of foreign exchange, and improved the efficiency; the city financial sector actively carried out the docking between banks and enterprises, and supported the key pillar industries and key enterprises in our city through loans, letters of credit and export insurance financing.
