Zheng Nianhua said that in 2008, he sprouted an idea to build Hangzhou into "China's Paris".
Zheng Nianhua believes that Hangzhou has unique conditions for developing the fashion industry: the core area of the Hangzhou triangle area is the ancient capital of Six Dynasties in China's history. It has a long history of silk culture. West Lake and Beijing, Hangzhou and the Grande Canale have been listed as the world's cultural heritage. Zheng Nianhua said that in the vicinity of Linping new town, there were thousands of garment enterprises in the area of Qiao and Jiu Bao. In order to promote the realization of dreams, Zheng Nianhua and the China clothing association repeatedly discussed their ideas in 2010.

It hoped that through resource integration, the core resources of R & D, design, brand management, e-commerce and other industrial chains could be gathered together, so that our ideas would not be integrated."
Zheng Nianhua said that with the strong support of the China clothing association and the relevant government departments, the company has put forward a comprehensive platform to build services for the upgrading and development of China's fashion brands in Hangzhou.
"I used to struggle to build my own clothing brand. Now, I am striving to promote and enhance the fashion brand of Hangzhou and even China."

Zheng Nianhua believes that this is a kind of integration, equal to the French top fashion resources moved to Hangzhou, can bring a lot of international resources, but also the beginning of Hangzhou and even China's clothing brand to the international stage.
At the same time, Zheng Nianhua said, "the Sino French fashion design talent exchange plan" was settled in the "China Art Center" in Linping new town, Yuhang, Hangzhou.
"We will invest 11 billion yuan, and we will not only have a popular publishing center, a brand exhibition center, an international talent exchange platform, but also a number of comprehensive industrial functions such as the national inspection center, the e-commerce headquarters center and the new brand incubator."

Zheng Nianhua predicts that there will be thousands of activities to be held every year after the completion of the project, such as organizing the exchange of young Chinese designers, exchanging talents to the practice of brand enterprises in the two countries, providing a selection of fashion management training courses for Chinese youth designers, and promoting business cooperation between the two countries in designing talent and recommending clothing enterprises.
At the same time, Zheng Nianhua stressed that signing the contract with the French Fashion Institute is only the first step of international fashion resources entering Hangzhou. In order to promote the exchange and dialogue between the international fashion industry, the China Fashion Association and the China Fashion Designers Association will put the "China Fashion International Fashion exchange base" to the "China Arts Center" this month.
In the future, the exchange base will also bring fashion resources from Italy, Spain and other countries to Hangzhou.
