Unit Cleaning Temporary Workers (Gardeners) Employment Agreement

After research, we decided to hire a temporary worker to take charge of environmental sanitation and maintenance management of flowers and trees. Comrade XXX (hereinafter referred to as Party B) is willing to undertake this task.

Party A gives Party B a monthly salary of RMB yuan, but does not enjoy holidays.

During the period of Party B's employment, Party A shall not be responsible for arranging the three meals and lodging of Party B. Party B can have meals at Party A's restaurant at noon. The standard is the same as that of Party A, and Party A can give leave and other care according to the actual conditions of Party B.

Two, when Party B comes to work for Party A, Party A shall add tools such as labor to the needs, Party B shall keep it properly and not lose it for no reason.

Three, Party B shall carry out sweeping or small sweeping to the hospital every day according to the health condition of Party A, so as to ensure the sanitation and cleanliness in the hospital.

Four, Party B is responsible for planting, maintenance and management of the flowers and plants in the hospital, including the placement of flowers and pots on the office floor. In the summer, the maintenance work of flowers and trees in winter should be done to ensure that the flowers and plants are flourishing in the Bureau, and there are flowers blooming in office buildings throughout the year.

Five, Party B is in

Party A should pay attention to safety. Party A shall not bear any safety liability and medical expenses due to the traffic accidents and illness caused by Party B's negligence.

Six, Party A should satisfy all the normal requirements of Party B in the process of production, such as tools and seeds, and so on.

Seven, Party B performs well in the work process of Party A, and the results are outstanding. Everyone reflects well, and Party A will reward the company at the end of the year.

Eight. This agreement is temporarily suspended for one year. After the expiration of the contract, no objection can be extended.

Nine. This agreement is made in two copies. Each party holds one copy and the signature takes effect.

Ten, matters not covered by this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation.
