At the same time, it will promote the establishment of trade Commission committees and free trade area arbitration centers in Jiangsu, Shandong, Hubei, Fujian and other places, and expand the layout network of the average adjustment business in the coastal areas along the Yangtze River.

The CCPIT will also focus on improving the level of commercial legal services, continue to promote electronic certificate of origin, digital safety certification projects, reduce trade costs of enterprises, do a good job in the issuance of certificates of origin under the agreement of China, South Korea, China and Australia, strengthen supervision and management of arbitration cases, enhance the credibility of arbitration, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of overseas exhibitions, and help enterprises effectively deal with intellectual property disputes.

In addition, CCPIT plans to expand the scope of commercial legal services, such as innovating commercial certification and certification, and establishing chambers of Commerce in the field of foreign trade and economic cooperation.

We should improve the certification system, improve the credit system of domestic and foreign economic and trade enterprises, enrich the database of discreditworthy enterprises, vigorously carry out consulting services such as foreign related laws, international commercial rules and practices, develop foreign-related legal consultancy businesses for "going out" enterprises, promote international business, urge convergence of contractual business with mediation business, and establish a pluralistic settlement mechanism for economic and trade disputes; speed up the development of high-end intellectual property services, expand intellectual property rights consultation, patent analysis, and early warning of disputes.

It is understood that in 2014, the trade promotion system issued 4 million 100 thousand certification certificates throughout the year, including 3 million 300 thousand certificates of origin and more than 7000 copies of the ATA certificate, and the exemption of the visa fee was nearly 100 million yuan. The guarantee deposit of the ATA certificate book was nearly 100 million yuan, effectively reducing the burden of the related enterprises.

In terms of commercial arbitration, the system received 1729 cases throughout the year, with a total dispute of 39 billion 600 million yuan, leading the country.
