Though deep feelings, Wu Xiying's ties with Chaozhou did not take long.

At the end of 2013, Zhongshan and Chaozhou formed a helping pair, then Zhongshan.

Wu Xiying, director of the Department of foreign trade management of the Economic Cooperation Bureau, was appointed by the organization to take the lead in the field of foreign trade management.

However, Wu Xiying had not been here before.

The understanding of the most easternmost city in Guangdong is also quite vague, and the special status of women has caused many worries for her trip to Chaozhou. After all, for Wu Xiying, there is still a family to take care of, and the son will face the first examination of life.

Aware of this, Wu Xiying had "hesitated". However, after a "enlightening" and repeated consideration of the leadership of the unit, she came to the "strange city" more than 600 kilometers away.

At first, the traffic was inconvenient, the language was impassable, the environment was unfamiliar, and often came back and forth between the two places, so that Wu Xiying, who was newly arrived, was somewhat "hardworking".

In order to better integrate into the city and work smoothly, she began to learn to "do in Rome as the Romans do": when she can't sit outside a bus or miss a taxi, she will choose the manpower tricycle as the local people. When guests come to visit, she will also work out tea sets and bring some cups of tea to the guests. When the rest of her work is free, she will also speak Chaozhou dialect with the Chao dialect series.

"If the birthplace of Zhongshan is my first hometown, Beijing, which has a beautiful memory of the University, is my second hometown, so Chaozhou is my third hometown."

Of course, in the integration of Chaozhou, Wu Xiying did not forget the purpose of his trip.

She has gone deep into Chaozhou's foreign trade enterprises to understand and inspect the foreign trade situation for many times, to tie the bridge between the two enterprises and actively promote the foreign trade cooperation between Zhongshan and Chaozhou.
