    Review and summary in 2014

    First of all, let's look back at Yonghui's work in 2014 in terms of integration, pformation and innovation.

    First, in terms of integration, whether it is cooperation with dairy companies or cooperation with China, this is a very important integration case in the retail industry. At the same time, our integration in the upstream supply chain, such as Moutai liquor and Australian agricultural products, direct acquisition of commodities, are all important initiatives of our company in 2014.

    The second is pformation, summarizing Yonghui's pformation. We must know about four aspects.

    In 2014, we added Bravo (Yonghui supermarket green label shop); we opened Fmart (Shu Yonghui) in Shanghai; we formally launched the micro shop, formally moved from the line to the next line; we made preliminary research in the physical store's experience pformation.

    The third is innovation. Last year, we made innovations in terms of equipment, marketing and format.

    Food Plaza is an innovation for us. Every old district and new store has many innovative elements.

    Looking back at 2014, we have opened 51 stores altogether. Our five main tasks are: data driven and institutionalized; supply chain optimization and upgrading; comprehensive improvement of benchmarking shops and loss shops; organization optimization and capability upgrading; and innovation of new business forms.

    In the pformation of physical stores, we should focus on three key words: high rice efficiency, good quality and excellent experience.

    The fourth aspect is organizational pformation, big enterprises are sick and rigid, too many blocks, too many levels, lack of innovation, and hope to create a flexible and simplified organizational structure to adapt to the fast and flexible development requirements. Organization design, pformation and flattening must focus on flexibility, simplicity, efficiency, assessment of cadres and flow of personnel. This is a very important matter for us.
