UNIQLO has been very busy recently. It has been reported before that it needs to cooperate with 7-Eleven in distribution and distribution. Then it will have a global cooperation with Disney.

At the end of September this year, UNIQLO will launch a UNIQLOX Disney concept store on the 5 floor of the world's largest flagship store in Shanghai.

Subsequently, UNIQLO will also create a new "MAGIC FOR ALL" special area in the world's major flagship stores and large stores to provide Disney, man Wei and Star Wars theme products.
As early as 2009, UNIQLO first worked with Disney to launch the UT (excellent T-shirt) series with the iconic Disney classics such as Mickey and Minnie in that year. After that, UNIQLO launched the UT design competition with Star Wars as its theme.
Now, when Disney opens in Shanghai, China has become the most important overseas market of UNIQLO.
In the European market of UNIQLO, the net profit declined due to the renovation of stores, while the US market caused a loss expansion due to the continued downturn in sales. The growth of overseas market was mainly attributed to the rapid growth of the performance in the Greater China region and the Korean region. A deeper cooperation with Disney, who also aimed at the Chinese market, appeared to be logical.
In a recent interview with the media, Liu Jing, chief executive of the fast retailing group of UNIQLO parent company, said he hoped that cooperation between UNIQLO and Walt Disney would further boost the sales of UNIQLO in the Chinese market.
In this "global" cooperation, UNIQLO will not only introduce the series of UT and sweater jackets that have been launched before, but also launch new LifeWear products from Disney this autumn, including advanced light products.

In May 30th this year, UNIQLO launched a special collaboration to sell Disney's new TSUM TSUM concept stuffed toy with UT, and to create an original animated short film to support the start of the collaboration.
In July 13th, UNIQLO announced the theme "friendship in Disney Pixar Animation" as the theme of the 2016 UT Design Grand Prix.
The best design works will be collected in the 2016 spring and summer UT series of UNIQLO, covering men's wear, women's wear and children's wear series, and will be available in the global UNIQLO stores and official flagship stores.
Not only in China, UNIQLO will also appear in the from August 14th to 17th Disney's biggest global fan event, the Disney D23 exhibition.
At this exhibition held in California, UNIQLO will issue the first batch of cooperative products, as well as the limited edition UT and other products designed by Disney and Pixar Animation Studio chief creative officer John Rasset (John Lasseter).
