A statistical report on the number of Chinese mink, Fox and raccoon skin has been released (2014) (hereinafter referred to as the report) in English and Chinese.

This Chinese and English version is the first authoritative publication, and has important reference value for the production of fur animal farmers.

According to the report, in 2014, the number of Chinese mink skin picking was about 60 million, an increase of about 50% over the same period last year, and the number of Chinese fur fetching was about 13 million, an increase of about 30% over the same period last year.

The number is about 14 million, an increase of about 16.7% over the same period.

The statistical area of the report basically covers the main producing areas of fur economic animals in China, including 17 cities in Shandong, 11 cities in Hebei, 8 cities in Liaoning and 9 cities in Jilin.

Compared with the statistics in 2013, the scope of statistics in 2014 was further expanded, accounting for more than 80% of the total number of skin collected in the country. The data were more accurate and the analysis was more systematic.
