    One is the key project of intelligent manufacturing.

    The two is the key project of new textile materials.

    A number of new fiber and industrial textiles will be developed.

    Three is quality and brand key projects.

    The emphasis is on quality improvement, creative design, brand cultivation and brand internationalization.

    Four is the key project of ecological civilization construction.

    The key is to promote low-carbon energy saving technology, green environmental protection technology and the establishment of fiber recycling system.

    Wang pointed out that the polarization of brand clothing and non brand clothing prices has a very clear indicator orientation in the market.

    For example, since 2007, the price index of clothing products in large retail businesses has remained above 100, reaching a maximum of 142. This index represents high-end clothing, while CPI's clothing price index mainly represents mass consumption, which has continued to decline so far.

    Wang Qianjin believes that the divergence of these two indicators reflects that with the increase of per capita income, the public's consumption of medium and high-grade commodities is increasing, and the demand for cheap commodities is decreasing. This trend will continue in the process of rapid economic development and accelerating urbanization process.

    In particular, most domestic garment enterprises compete mainly in two major areas, one is the above garment processing export market, the other is the middle and low grade product market.

    This will inevitably lead to a serious oversupply of clothing in China's low-end market, which makes it difficult to raise prices in the retail sector.

    Wang stressed that compared with ordinary clothing, brand clothing is more easily favored by consumers and has higher brand value. For example, the annual reports of seven wolves and news birds show that sales of clothing products of two companies can still maintain a relatively fast growth rate after 07 years of 10-15% increase in price.

    Therefore, garment enterprises with their own brands and sales channels will certainly win a broader space for development.
