The court ordered the two defendants to stop immediately the infringement of the exclusive right of the plaintiff's registered trademark to the plaintiff, stop the production and sale of the clothing products marked "Hongkong seven wolf Co., Ltd.", destroy all articles, including, but not limited to, the products packaging bags, tag plates and sales lists, including the "Hongkong wolves Co., Ltd."; order the actions of the two defendants constitute unfair competition, stop using the name of the company "Hongkong wolves Co., Ltd."; and apologize to the home page of the handshake net to eliminate the impact; jointly compensate the plaintiff for the economic losses and the reasonable expenses for stopping the infringement, totaling 150 thousand yuan.
