This sampling inspection adopts the GB/T28863-2012 "commodity quality supervision sampling inspection procedure with a priori quality information" standard, according to GB18401-2010 "national textile product basic safety technical specification" and "GB/T29862-2013".

A total of 45 sets of samples were collected and 27 failed, with an unqualified rate of 60%.

The main problems of substandard samples include functional parameters, fiber content, color fastness and other indicators, which do not meet the standard requirements.

Among them, the 3 garments did not reach the indicated value.

It is requested that the 3 garments do not reach water resistance, indicating that the fabric surface is resistant to wetting performance.

From the date of promulgation, the Jilin provincial commerce and Industry Bureau shall discontinue the sale of substandard products according to the information announced.

The industrial and commercial organs under the jurisdiction shall check the unqualified commodities sold on the market in their respective jurisdictions and deal with the disqualified commodity operators according to law.
