    Shenzhen women's clothing brand SH.603808 has signed a share purchase agreement with all shareholders of Hongkong Tang Li International Holdings Limited, and has acquired 65% of Tang Li International's stake by RMB 240 million 500 thousand yuan through wholly-owned subsidiary Dongming international investment (Hongkong) Co., Ltd.
