Survey On Employment Situation Of 48 Industrial Enterprises In Changzhou
The Changzhou investigation team of the National Bureau of Statistics recently selected 48 industrial enterprises to conduct a questionnaire survey on employment.

Products manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, chemical medicine and other major industries.
Labor demand in the first quarter was relatively stable, and hiring progress is basically normal.
The survey shows that in the first quarter of this year, there were 30 enterprises with fewer than 50 employees, accounting for 62.5% of the total number of surveyed enterprises, and 25% of the 50-100 workers were planned to recruit, and 4.2% or 8.3% of the total number of recruiting workers were 100-300 or 300.
From the recruitment situation, compared with the same period last year, only 1 of the 48 surveyed enterprises were abnormal in recruitment process, and more than 4 of the surveyed enterprises thought that the problem of recruitment difficulties still existed.
The survey shows that 6 of enterprises are short of work.
The situation of shortage of labor in various industries is not balanced. The situation of shortage of labor in chemical and pharmaceutical industries is better than that in other industries. The shortage of workers in the machinery manufacturing industry "professional and technical personnel" is obviously higher than that in other industries.
From the perspective of the shortage of work, the average worker has the largest gap. 66.7% of the surveyed enterprises say they are short of "ordinary workers" at present, 29.2% of them are short of "professional and technical personnel", 8.3% of them are short of "other jobs", and none of them is short of "management personnel".
Structural imbalance is the main reason why enterprises are short of work.
50% of the enterprises considered that "the applicant and the job requirement do not match". One company mentioned that there was a shortage of trained, skilled and experienced applicants for the job seekers.
To stabilize employment, enterprises in our city actively take various measures to cope with the situation. 60.4% of enterprises provide "good learning and training platform", 58.3% of enterprises "improve employee benefits", 56.3% of enterprises "raise wages for employees", and 39.6% of enterprises "improve their working environment".
The enterprises also promote the upgrading of labor, increase labor productivity and ease the pressure of employment by increasing the intensity of technological pformation and promoting the "machine substitution".
The survey shows that over the past 3 years, 45.8% of enterprises have reduced employment by means of "machine employment".
