Recently, Guangdong held the "13th Five-Year" seminar on clothing industry. Representatives from various major fields visited Guangdong to jointly study and plan the future development direction of the garment industry and further put it into practice.

This year is the beginning of 13th Five-Year. Last week the two sessions just closed and the March 17th National Plan for 13th Five-Year was released.

The China Apparel Association has compiled the outline for the 13th Five-Year development of China's garment industry, and is soliciting opinions.

It is not very clear how the current business will affect the clothing industry and how Guangdong will affect the national policy. The association takes the lead in compiling the 13th Five-Year plan for Guangdong's clothing industry. It hopes to interpret the national policies, discuss how policies fall in Guangdong, analyze the direction, path and key points of Guangdong's clothing development in the next five years, and hope to make an operable and landing plan for the government to make policy decisions and make guidelines for the development of the enterprises.

Delegates focused on the following hot topics:

First, the government work report put forward: encourage enterprises to carry out personalized customization, flexible production, cultivate craftsman spirit of excellence, increase varieties, improve quality, create brand.

In this regard, Guangdong clothing enterprises how to understand and how to raise the level of "intelligent manufacturing"?

The two is the government work report: to create a new venture innovation mechanism for large and medium sized enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions and multiple customers. However, the economic performance of Guangdong's clothing industry is still not ideal, showing a low inventory and high loss.

Last year, the main business revenue of 4471 textile and garment enterprises above Designated Size reached 525 billion 700 million yuan, an increase of 5.93%, while the deficit reached 14.29%, and the business deficit increased by 17.18% over the same period.

The "draft" put forward the goal of Guangdong's strong clothing Province during the "13th Five-Year" period, namely, focusing on the construction of 1-3 functional demonstration zones for clothing production and service industries, 3-5 demonstration bases for electronic commerce, several industrial design bases, industrial design centers, and several e-commerce demonstration enterprises.

In addition, in view of the key development direction of the clothing industry in Guangdong during the "13th Five-Year" period, the draft also made a clear plan:

(two) culture: strive to build Guangzhou's "fashion capital of the world" (fashion week, fashion trend release).

(three) cross boundary: advocating cross boundary cooperation and promoting industrial innovation (industrial design, architectural design, commercial real estate, fashion and clothing).

(four) electricity providers: promoting Internet +, merging online and offline

(five) capital: promote the healthy growth of the clothing capital market.

(six) Intelligent Manufacturing: improving the level of information technology, developing intelligent manufacturing (industry 4, Internet of things, cloud computing, big data, 3D design and printing, and other information technology applications, C2B customization)

(seven) talents: promoting the training of Pyramid type talents and implementing personnel protection (designers, editions, skills competitions, etc.)

(eight) cooperation: promoting economic integration and integrating into the global industrial chain (TPP, China Japan Korea free trade agreement, "one belt and one way" strategy, etc.)
