Among them, the unqualified samples were up to 62.5%, which directly led to the low overall pass rate of the sampling inspection.

According to the people's rights and Interests Protection Bureau of the Guangxi industry and Commerce Bureau, the Bureau has randomly selected 6 garments of Guangxi, Baise, Hechi, Laibin City, Nanning, Wuzhou and Yulin to sample garments with the same name or factory name, factory name and commodity name as samples.

Inspection samples and backup samples are sealed on the spot, and signed by the three parties, including the inspecting personnel, the law enforcement officers and the operators.

The samples are tested by the national statutory inspection institutions. The testing items mainly include product identification, fiber content, formaldehyde, pH value, odor, color fastness, sewing strength, children's wear rope and safety requirements.

The test results are in accordance with the national mandatory standard GB 18401-2010 "national textile product basic safety technical specification", GB 5296.4-2012 "consumer goods use instructions fourth parts: textiles and clothing" and GB/T 29862-2013, "textile fiber content logo", the product is indicated by the execution standard to judge.

The test results showed that 34 groups of samples were unqualified, and the nominal trademarks included: Angel Doll (3 batches), morning baby Park, Xinshi BB (2 batches), xinxinlei (3 batches), Poporon, (5 batches), Bei Ying AI, Tong Xiang, Ke Ren princess, Xiao Bo Wang, Meng Hua Lei, Green Niu Niu, SAMBEDE (2 batches), sunshine Belle paradise, ran Cai, bang Bi Le Er (2 batches), Bbe Luiva, Tong Xing eighteen square, Carol rabbi (2 batches), baby Delhi (2 batches).

In this sampling inspection, the problem of unqualified marking is most prominent, which directly reduces the overall pass rate.

In the 34 sets of unqualified samples, 25 groups of samples did not meet the standard requirements.

Followed by sewing strength, 15 sets of samples, the project does not meet the standard requirements.

Other unqualified items include fiber content, pH value, seam performance, pants crotch seam strength, buttons and other undetachable attachments pulling force, moisture resistance rubbing fastness and so on.
