In September, the factory will be formally introduced in Changzhou. In the next 2 years, about 200 production lines will be imported from 9 factories.
CHENFENG group plans to increase its output by 6 million pieces per month to 10 million in 2020.
Of course, there will be more workers, but it is difficult to maintain competitiveness by this alone.
In 2013~2018, we will invest 2 billion yuan to improve production efficiency.
In addition to suspension systems, the morning breeze will also initiate automation of all operations.
The installation of pockets and buttons and stitching of the back fabric will achieve semi automation, and one person can complete the process that needs more personal commitments in the past.

Although parts of Bosideng were produced in Vietnam and other countries, CEO Gao Dekang of the company pointed out that production in China was also indispensable.
Bosideng currently has an automation rate of about 20%, but Gao Dekang says it will increase to 50 to 60% in a few years.
Bosideng plans to actively utilize robots in terms of logistics, commodity sorting and so on, in addition to automatization of cloth cutting machines and feather filling machines.
In China, some cloth factories are gradually shifting to overseas. The fast growing "H&M" and other private brand apparel retailers are always seeking to reduce costs. The trend of pferring production to low-cost countries like migratory birds is accelerating.
"The factory's sense of crisis is quite strong," said a person who has been working with Chinese factories for a long time.
China seems to be at a critical moment whether it can keep up with its clothing factories.
